Clean, very welcoming, great facilities! Great location right next to the station
It was all perfect

Everything was superb. The garden, the rooms, the atmosphere - all really welcoming and friendly, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent and staff were equally excellent and friendly. Also, location excellent as so close to the station and to the beach.
Nothing not to like.

Breakfast is really good with all different selections to choose from and excellent value considering how costs can be these days. Ideal location with me travelling by train and being so close to the station. My 4th visit in 6 years is testament to my satisfaction there
Very difficult to come up with any negative comments about it. Always helpful and friendly etc so no negative comments necessary
