The hotel was conveniently situated, close to town with it being a short walk, maybe 6-7 minutes. We did notice on the listing too, close by attractions included a Swingers Club! Not specifically our cup of tea but we did chuckle and thought it was very inclusive of the hotel lol

No shower in our room which was a little disappointing as I couldn't use the bath (due to health problems). We also had multiple flights of stairs which doesn't generally matter but was a little tough as I have a heart problem so it got my heart rate pumping and took a little while to get up to the room lol. There isn't an option to request groundfloor, same as you cannot request a shower. The water runs brown for awhile but does go clear after afew minutes. Despite all this, we would probably book again due to it being cheap, close to where we need to go when visiting Bournemouth. We would just plan knowing now about the niggles.

when told we were getting a room with a bath ... were surprised to end up with a Shower which we did not use as it like the room seemed "tired" (room 3) TV remote was missing its back so batteries kept falling out .... but the biggest issue was the lack of disabled parking 1 parking space for disabled drivers (if there were others I did not find them), and a full carpark meant parking off site ... not ideal for limited ability drivers and passengers ......

Breakfast and staff were good.

Rooms untidy and very dated unfortunately. A very budget Rooms. A little investment in Rooms needed.
