Great location close to railway station

Nothing very good value for the money

Very close to train station, really pleasant staff, optional breakfast, fairly cheap.

Small curtain didn't stop very bright street lights coming in to room...very small space..perfect for one person..would be a tight squeeze with 2.

Well located hotel in Cardiff city centre, super convenient for train station and city centre shops and restaurants. Really friendly staff and comfortable but compact rooms.

Noisy outside, but this was an expected trade off for the location.

Amazing location and really clean and tidy. Exactly what you need for shopping or dinner and drinks, 2 min walk from train station and 5 mins to centre.

Excellent customer service from the front of house staff, they were all very friendly. Despite being right next to Cardiff Central I I didn't hear the trains. Room was a good size and the beds were comfy, the bunk beds didn't squeak every time you moved like so many other places. Great shower 5 minute walk into the City Centre, Excellent value for money, exceeded my expectations.

A little bit dated, could use a little refresh but very comfortable

I travel and stay in various locations with work. Normally main chain hotels but this was much better. Great quality bed and shower, excellent breakfast, just a little better than the better known names. Also, less than one minute walk from the train station and close to transport links.

Room was a little small but for somewhere to sleep and go, it was ideal

The most efficient use of space I've seen in compact rooms. Perfect for a solo traveller like me and literally next door to the railway station.

The location was good and the property was nice and new

The male staff was not very friendly

Central location right next to the railway station. There were trains right outside our window but there was no nighttime noise and the room was well insulated against noise both external and internal. Easy to walk to everywhere and lovely friendly staff we encountered every time. Clean everywhere and good buffet breakfast.

Nobody serviced the room over a two night stay so no towel change for the wet ones left in the shower (as stated by room notices) and the room left with used bar glasses for the stay which was disappointing. Not a deal breaker however and we didn’t demand it was done on return that day.

Good location and able to check in early as soon as we arrived from the train.

The rooms are small The windows do not open, so the only source of ventilation comes from the A/C which is not so pleasant to sleep with Toilet very small and very close to the bed We asked if it was possible to leave our luggages in the hotel after the check out but this was not possible

good location in the town centre rooms are small and the bathroom is tiny, so dont expect too much space, but for a short stay its fine,

shame the view from the room wasnt better, we overlooked the train station; but for the type of room we booed this was the only option a bit more optoins for breakfast would be nice, boiled eggs, fried eggs for example, different yoguts and fresh juice ( not from carton )

Situated in a very central part of the city. Walking distance from both Cardiff Central Railway station & Cardiff Queen Street Railway station. Very close to the bars pubs & night clubs and restaurants.

Rooms were clean. Location was right beside train station. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was fantastic. Breakfast was lovely and kept us going for the entire day.

Rooms were a little on the small side but given it was just the 2 of us (my 8 year old son and I), it wasn't too much of an issue.

Convenient location, very clean and well priced. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Loud noises kept waking us up throughout the night, sounded like water or possibly the lift. There were no plug sockets next to the bedside tables.
