Excellent location in the city with railway very close by

Booking.com had us down for a free taxi that was booked for the international terminal. However we flew domestic and I made several phone calls to Booking.com and ended up having to pay for the taxi. This was one of the reasons I used Booking.com for this accommodation.

could be cleaner in the bathroom windows, at first we received all our towels dirty so had to have them replaced.

The room was really clean and staff were very helpful. It is close to all central facilities so a great location.

it smelled liked a hospital but didn’t look clean. water pressure was terrible. for the price it’s really not up to standard. the whole place is old and needs a renovation.

Was right next to the elevators and they were quite loud. Shower curtain practically useless, water got everywhere in the bathroom when showering

Everything was fine in the room EXCEPT for the lack of internet service and the door to the room was VERY difficult to lock.

Room number was 902, bed was comfortable. Room was clean. I was very happy with everything and find the staff to be very friendly and courteous. I would certainly recommended.

location was good and I paid for an upgrade so our room was very comfortable and clean.

The two tv’s in the room did not work and one of the remotes had flat batteries. The lift was close to our room on the 14th floor and was quite noisy going up and down the building.

First the staff was very friendly and did their job quick and well, the place was clean and as seen in the pictures, the size and everything in the room was working and clean. The view of the sunrise from the rooftop, Stunning!!!The location was a bonus extra.,perfect. Loved our days there, highly recomended ,we'll be back for Sure. This is our favourite place to stay now. Thanks!!

The smell of the clorine you use to clean probably the floor of the toilet, it smell really bad. Smelly but clean.

the bed was awful and broken, the aircon stank, the carpets dirty and everything is incredibly dated. not worth the price at all!!

The size of the ensuite was ridiculously small. The bed was not padded at all - sleeping on wire. Could hear the next room guests coming and going.

i liked that you could go on the roof for great views of the city.

The bathroom was very small.

No parking ant the nearest secure parking around the corner was over $100 a night

they had our booking wrong , we’d arrived at 6am having booked a room night before and they’d given us a double bed and not a twin which was ordered - Howe re they sorted it in the end
