Great location, friendly staff and the check-in cookie was a nice touch even though we couldn't take one due to allergies.
Shower could have been cleaner, some stray hairs and it was difficult to get to the toilet as it was positioned under the hand basin.

very central location.
instructions for tv, more tourist related paraphernalia

because it was mid-price I expected something that might be just 'ok' but it was more than that. The room was larger than I expected, quieter, and was perfect for a solo stay. Even the really tiny shower was better than it first appeared.
Nothing. It was all great. No complaints.

City centre location perfect and within walking distance to Darling Harbour and easy access to trains & metro.
Staff very friendly & car parking available on site at extra charge. Comfortable beds. Great view over the city from rooftop.
Cleanliness in the room poor - remember to clean mirrors & doors. Rooms could do with a refurbishment to freshen them up.
