exzellentes Frühstück, ruhige Lage, tolle Aussicht
Das Restaurant hat diesmal eine ärgerliche Vorstellung geboten: nach einem fantastischen Abendessen (Menü M) auf der Hinreise ins Perigord 6 Tage vorher sind wir gezielt auf der Rückreise wieder in Clochemerle abgestiegen. Es war wie Tag und Nacht: 30 min Wartezeit bis zum Erstkontakt mit dem Service, gleiches Menü/gleicher Preis, aber andere Hauptgänge, die den Michelin-Stern und den Preis nicht wert waren. Enttäuschend.

The continental breakfast was nice. The dinner was also fantastic though definitely a challenge with toddlers (2.5 hours). Shout out to the staff member who recommended the bottle of wine - it was delicious. Overall staff service was great.
The room is way too small for the price. The biggest problem is the spa, which is an area without door locks (making whoever is inside stressed about someone coming in) and inadequate facilities (no shampoo in a spa....?!). The spa entrance is right on front of the breakfast area, not nice when the spa users had to run back and forth right under everyone's eyes... Disappointing as the spa is what the hotel advertised itself for.
