The location was a short walk to the esplanade, very close to the hospital so there were a few sirens during the night which were very loud. Room was huge, clean but a little dated and sparsely decorated so it echoed. Great for the one night we were there.

Unfortunately the blind in our room was broken and they were not able to repair it during our stay which made the room very light during the night time. I think it would be a nice gesture to provide those little 2 pack biscuits which all motels and units provide. Maybe packets of biscuits could be sold at the office instead of chips etc.
The small 2 pack of biscuits provided in the room would be great. Most hotels and units provide these.

I liked that I got a newly renovated room. The location was OK, and it is close to the RSL Club.
The place is being updated, but it is a motel, not a hotel. My main feedback is the the mattress was as hard as a rock. Old bones and joints struggle with hard mattresses. My arthritis hated me for it. Also, plantation shutters look good but are not good for keeping out light at night. Drapes preferred.
