The house itself, the location (next to a pub, great walking from the door, the hot tub.)

Not a big deal but the roads either side meant there was quite a lot of traffic, not quiet.

Good location, the property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. The hot tub was excellent. Adequate car parking nice garden.

The garden would benefit with side gates to prevent the dog escaping onto the main road. The window in the rear bedroom and the main bathroom would not close so left open. There was no instructions for the Tv, we eventually got it working with the free view however, the picture quality was poor.

Very quaint cottage which came out right on the bus route into Ambleside. Equally you could take a beautiful walk up over the hills to get into Ambleside too.

Only recommendation is having logs in the cottage for use of the fire.
