Quite comfortable bed and really nice and clean bathroom.

The location of yhe hotel is in the center of the city near to all atractions.The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Although the site says that the room is big and the pictures shows a big room where the bed is, the one that I was given had very little space for the bed and a useless big space in the entrance for the closet and the coffee machine. So maybe the room was 16m2 but you could hardly move inside that bedroom. The other space was meaningless.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely, everything was so clean and the bed was very comfortable.

A major refit is just being completed. Great value for money, very comfortable and a delicious breakfast, including hot eggs et cetera; friendly staff. I was able to recharge my bike battery, and store it safely in the underground car park. Recommended.

The room was super tiny and facing a noisy building site. It was uncomfortable and dirty. Definitely not worth the money. We were booked to stay for 3 nights but only stayed for 2

Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Kind and friendly welcome from the receptionist Mr. LeGaleze, who was polite and helpful. The bathroom wasn’t great. The towels needed renewing and were rather small. There weren’t any toiletries provided, apart from bath soap.

Good breakfast and just a stroll from the port. There was a lot of building work going on around the hotel but work finished at 5PM. Lots of restaurants on the next street.

Parking garage was a bit awkward but we coped.

Everything apart from the staff and location. Absolutely disgusting dirty, strong smell of smoking. We had some kind of bites all over after three nights.

Room was absolutely SHOCKING, nothing like the advertised photos. Multiple stains on the carpet, filthy light switches with grubby finger marks. Cracked concrete balcony. Very noisy road. Flies in the bedroom. It was the most depressing room I've ever had the misfortune to experience. We complained and were moved to a different room.

It could be cleaner. There was a smell there and there was a mold in a bathroom

The location and the entrance/lobby. Parking outside the hotel was convenient too.

The room was a standard room. This meant not like the photos you see on the site. Very sparse dated and at the top of the hotel. A flight of stairs needs to be climbed plus the lift. I was dissapointed to have paid over a £100 for this room. The reception told me it was the kast room so could not change.
