Nice new rooms! Location was perfect!

The noice you hear at breakfast from the staff cleaning dishes! Shower was new but slippery

Wonderful hotel right on the lake. Looking forward to be back!

The lakeside location, easy to explore Ratzeburg on foot. When I reported three issues of cleanliness, they were rectified by immediately.

Dinner too expensive

5 / 10·dic 2025

The breakfast was delicious, and parking wasn’t a problem.

They never told us they were hosting a Christmas buffet the night we were arriving, got there and wanted to eat but couldn’t because we didn’t make a reservation. Maitre d’ was rude and unhelpful both times we tried to eat dinner at the hotel. Pillowcases and duvet covers were a thin and uncomfortable material. After they cleaned up the room, there was still a pillow lying on the floor.
