We really enjoyed our stay at the Boxman Family Home apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a great location in the heart of Senglea. Marcia and Art were extremely helpful and welcoming, providing excellent communication and making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was a great base for exploring Malta, and we would happily stay here again. We loved what we called the 'Hobbit door'!
The only downside was the refurbishment work taking place next door, which meant an early wake-up call every morning. This was completely outside the hosts’ control and just one of those things. On the positive side, it encouraged us to get out early and make the most of exploring the many beautiful places Malta has to offer.

The Boxman family showed us wonderful Maltese hospitality! Set in the basement of a traditional Maltese town house, the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Senglea was a perfect base for exploring The Three Cities and Valetta in a more quiet, local setting - a kilometres walk to the water taxis across to Valletta. Walking the streets surrounding the property was a highlight of our day. It was clean, comfortable, air conditioned in the bedroom and well equipped. Thank you for our stay.
Being a basement it was a little dark and damp but the Boxman family have ensured ventilation, fans and excellent air con. For accessibility, the door is small and the steps down are steep.
