The location right on Dotonburi was incredible. The hotel was very quiet. One of the bigger rooms we stayed in in Japan

Only 3 washing machines made it quite hard!

Great location right in the middle of Dotonbori street! . . The hotel is very nice. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was fastastic! . . . There is complementary coffee all day in the lobby. . . The room was very nice and comfortable. I forgot to take room pics.

Location was great. Breakfast had multiple options. The staff at the front desk were accomodating. My only BIG complaint was the smell.

Our first room had a terrible body odor which was unbearable. I requested to have our room changed which the front desk very nicely switched us without an issue. The second room had the same problem. At that point, I didn't request to change rooms given that many of them had probably the same problem. I couldn't wait for our stay to end due to the smell. The hotel needs to do a better job of changing/washing the actual pillows (not the pillowcases only) since that was probably the issue, though not sure if the carpet or seats against the windows were also stinking. The room should be better aerated to improve this problem. My husband and 8 year old son also smelled the terrible odor in the rooms so it wasn't only me. I wouldn't stay there again for this problem.
