The house was very well kept and everything we needed was there. Communication was great as well. The location of the house was perfect as it backed up to woods, it was very peaceful.

Easy check-in; communication with host was great throughout entire process. House was clean and ready upon arrival. All amenities promised were delivered. We enjoyed our long weekend and would book again!

Inn Kognito 5 was a great spot to enjoy a winter weekend away with friends. The property is along the outer edge of the neighborhood, so the full-length windows of the dining and recreation area look out over the woods. This was perfect for snowy views and the chance to watch deer and foxes walk through woods and the backyard. It also provides a great view from the hot tub, which can be enjoyed even while it's snowing thanks to the awning. The interior of the property is very well-maintained, with soft and sizable couches and a large dining room table that was great for group meals and also playing large board games.Half of the bedrooms are on the upper floor with the kitchen, dining room, and living room, while the others are on the lower floor, down the hall from the rec room - this was great to allow for folks who wanted to get to bed earlier and still have a silent place to rest, or folks who wanted a cooler room. Having individual temperature control in each bedroom was also appreciated.Overall, I'd be very happy to spend another long, snowy weekend here. The host was also very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

House was clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Pictures are a little deceiving on how big the living room and dining room space was. But it was big enough to support all of the guests we had.Owner was attentive to initial needs upon arriving to rental. Very friendly and very helpful. Overall a pleasure to deal with.
