Very comfortable, clean, and modern apartments with a beautiful view of the lake. We especially liked the large and very comfortable double bed.The sauna is just a few metres from the apartments and has a lovely view of the forest. It is also very easy and convenient to use. The kitchen has everything you need, including dishes, salt, and pepper. The fridge is small but surprisingly spacious. The TV is not a Smart TV, but we had no problem connecting our phones and laptop to it. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and it’s a lovely area for a walk. Breakfast was also very good and varied, with a nice selection of both hot and cold dishes.
The only thing we missed a little was a microwave. For a one-night stay, it’s not really an issue, especially since breakfast is included and there is also a grill available. However, for a longer stay, having a microwave to quickly reheat food would be very convenient.

Nice location in a very well-kept sports village. Staff were friendly and helpful, although an explanation about where to go for breakfast and that it finishes at 10 would have been good. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but included different vegan spreads, vegan sliced cheese and sausage and plenty of non-dairy milk options. Coffee was good.
No soap in the shower, nowhere to put luggage and clothes except the floor, no robes to wear to the sauna and only one set of large towels, so need to use them for both the sauna and the shower. Ironically no mirror in the room (although it was good to have a hair dryer). In short, not worth the very premium price charged. Also note that you need to pay at the property - the credit card provided to Booking.com was just used for the reservation apparently.

The concept of ÖÖD mirror houses is really cool, and suits really well for a nature location like Kääriku. Even though it's located essentially in a sports complex, and we weren't there for sports, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was plentiful, personal sauna experience was great, and we also went for a swim in the lake that's a short walk from the ÖÖD houses.
We found two ants in the bed during out stay. We weren't too bothered by it, but when I mentioned it at the reception during checkout just as feedback, the repsonse I got was "you've come to nature". Yes... but I believe the ÖÖD concept and brand stands for a premium stay — where ants in bed should not be a part of the experience. Being used to Estonian hospitality (and again, the context of this ÖÖD house being situated in a sports complex), I wasn't too bothered by this, but I can imagine some pickier travelers might be!
