We liked the mountain View. the kitchen and bathroom were adequately equipped

The pool was out of service on our first night which was the onlytume we could use it. . The tv in the bedroom did not work. It wasn't set up to the internet. The thermostat was set to 68 or 69 and we could not change it. No one ever answered the phone at any hour we called. Only communicated via text. You offered to come between 10 and 11 but that would cut into our away time. The rug in the main room needs cleaned and the walls and ceiling fan were quiet dusty which caused allergies to be aggravated.

Views fabulous Bed , shower and towels. All v good Car parking Kitchen well kitted out Prompt and efficient communication Ease of access

No instructions for anything ie oven, microwave, heating It was cold one night and we could not adjust heating . Glad there were blankets! Well kitted out except no scissors Would have been great to have a welcome pack tea/ coffee/ sugar/milk and basics such as salt and pepper It was probably a bit far out of Gatlinburg so one you were back it was too far to nip back

The view is fabulous

The couch and bed need to be updated
