Good location. Had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Clean, tidy, easy check-in & out, close GOTL strip, yet surprisingly quite. We stayed Sun - Thur.

We loved the location of the rental and the property itself was super nice. We had a grill and a picnic bench on our patio and then there was also a few fire pits with seating. My kids loved that there was a rope swing too. Lake Erie was just across the street. The only thing we didn’t like was that it stormed while we were there and the roof leaked in a few places. Overall, I would recommend this rental for a family vacation and would look to stay here again next time!

Stayed over a long weekend. It was just me but please note the second bedroom is tiny. If you stay at this property, don't plan to sleep too much. 1) There is a bar next door with a live bad which played until the wee hours of the morning every night (Thurs-Sat. stopping at 2 am on Saturday). 2) The bedroom is east-facing and sunlight pours in the blinds--they need to install blackout curtains to sleep in the morning if you like a dark room. 3) An outside light shines directly on the bed through a blind when it is dark--why are there no curtains in this room? 4) Tons of pillows but all flat as a pancake. 5) The bathtub was backed up after running the water a few minutes. I tried to text but it was undeliverable. Overall, totally not worth the money paid. It seemed clean and was a good location, but I slept so poorly I was a zombie the entire time--and I am not a fussy sleeper. PLEASE add blackout curtains to the bedrooms! And guests should know about the band next door as well.

Huge King bed in bedroom. Other small bedroom had two single beds. Other bedroom EXTREMELY SMALL! Bathroom small but overall a good experience for three old friends on a golf trip. A/C was excellent during some 90 degree days!

When we arrived, it was easy to check in and there was good parking. There were restaurants within walking distance and it seemed like a party neighborhood. After dinner, we were sitting down in the living room, and there were crumbs and possibly salt all over the 2 couches. Moved to the futon and the back just slid backwards and wouldn’t stay properly upright. Couch in the bedroom was also covered in crumbs. There were 2 soaps in shower, 1 was wrapped but completely soaked thru and old appearing, and the other was unwrapped and hadn't been cleaned from previous guests. The bed appeared to have been slightly broken, as we slept on a small slant, but it did the job. We didnt use any of the kitchen area, nor tv in living room. At night, the restaurant so conveniently located next door played music loudly until at least 1 or 2 am. In the morning, the business that shares parking space woke us up with loud banging noises around 6:30. Again, good space to crash just for 4-5 hours in a party town, but not good for families or those looking to relax. The front door was missing a piece to lock the secondary lock, there were stains on ceilings and walls, and there was an outlet cover leaning against the wall next to an outlet.

Property was very roomy with 2 big screen TVs and well stocked kitchen. Keyless entry was convenient. We didn’t use the fire pits but enjoyed sitting out in the daytime watching a bunny hop around. There was a market right across the street but it was a bit overpriced so I would recommend buying food on the way in at Giant Eagle or Walmart. The restaurant across the street (GOTL) brewing was out of business. Only downside to the unit was watered down odd smelling hand soap in bathroom and floor plan of having bathroom right off kitchen. Also there was a giant water spot on main bedroom ceiling. The price was great for such a large space and central location,

We had a great stay, the property manager was attentive to our needs. The property smelled a little damp when we got in. Not sure if was because of all the older carpets, creating a musty smell. We lit a candle and we’re ok. Maybe plug ups, or air fresheners can improve on that. Other than that we had everything we needed and we’re comfortable.

If the owner invest some money on some paint, carpet and roof repairs it would be very nice.

My wife would like to stay here again for a girls weekend this summer. Close to our favorite places.

Great location, safe area and excellent communication with the host. Beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of amenities and towels. Housekeeping needs to be improved was the only down fall. Overall recommend the property.

We have stayed at several of this owner's properties and have never been disappointed! Always super fast communication and top notch cleanliness. We came to Geneva for the first New Year's Eve Crawl and had a fantastic time! The property is in the best location on the strip and was super clean and much bigger than we expected! Plenty of room to bring friends next time! Thank you for another memorable weekend at our favorite place ~ Geneva On the Lake!

Very easy getting into our rental. Everything was very neat and clean.

The property was pretty clean. It could definitely use some updating, but we knew that it was an older home. It is a very cute place with great potential. I guess the one big negative about the stay was that everything on the strip was closed. That was something we didn't know about. We would also suggest having some brochures and such at the property to show other attractions nearby or within a half hour or so drive.

Overall satisfied with place and great location and distance to the places you may need to get to. If you like clubs it is two seconds away. If you want to get to the park where Lake Erie is, it's two seconds away as well. It felt like we were staying at a grandparent's house, needs minor updates, but solid place to stay. Everything you need to live and vacation for a few days is there.

This place was exactly what we we looking for. It was a perfect weekend getaway. We walked the strip, we went and viewed the lake with the grandson and the adult kids during the day and sat at a picnic table and had a beer, then had a fun family fire at night. It was absolutely perfect. We would definitely go back! The price was right, the place was clean and safe. Definitely would recommend!

We had a blast on our girls trip this past week/weekend. Right on the end of the strip walking distance to everything. The place was clean and fully stocked with whatever we needed. We all had a blast! Thanks so much!

We left the property cleaner than when we arrived..you need a large pan for cooking..and get rid of that dirty brown carpet.. and get a mattress cover on that very comfortable king size bed.. but overall was quite nice…

We take girls weekend trips every year. This year we chose GOTL. The house was perfect for the 4 of us, but you could easily fit 6. Check in and out we're super easy. Property was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Location is perfect for walking the strip. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was great, near the strip and well within walking distance to everything. rooms were nice. Only thing that could have been better was the bathroom, the placement of the "potty" was too close to wall. Otherwise it was a very nice place to stay.

We have been staying at this property for years. It is so clean and we really appreciate the free coffee and other items we may have forgot to bring.

We were amazed by the spaciousness of this particular cottage… We actually had to walk around the outside trying to figure out where all the rooms were! Much bigger than it looks. Perfect location on the edge of the strip

This rental was the perfect location to enjoy Geneva on the Lake with Lake Erie access across the street. It was close to shops, restaurants, wineries and bars with amazing live music. The rental had the most comfortable beds, was clean, had a fire pit and grill. It was perfect for our girls getaway and about 15-20 from several wineries. If you stay here, just bring a few extra blankets and if you like coffee bring K cups. The owner responded to all my questions. We will definitely be back!

This place is bigger than it looks! The window A/C units are really powerful and cool the bedrooms down. The front sitting area (just inside the front door) stays a little warm, but not too bad. The location is ideal -- a short walk to the heart of GOTL, shops and restaurants. A public beach is a short drive away -- not walkable but very close. It's on the "main" road near some bars/restaurants and sometimes you can hear music but it's hontestly not very distracting. I enjoyed my stay and would book here again!

This is our second stay with this property owner, and it was even better than the first time! We loved our cottage! We will definitely continue to utilize this property owner for all of our trips to GOTL
