Elevators were working properly, very clean, quiet and ample space, very close to La Latina metro stop
We could have used a second fan the a/c didn't reach all the rooms. Shower needs a grip bar - the shower floor slippery. The initial door code access needs to be simpler, it did not forward code while we were driving to Madrid and had to call.

Great Location.
Washing machine wasn’t working and air conditioner kept turning itself off during the day.

The location is excellent, the apartment was nice and clean…
We had to buy extra toilet paper ( only two smal toilet papers were available) for 5 day stay for familly of five. Also, we had to buy 1kg salt, would be nice to have this basic ingredients in the kitchen…

Great location, clean apartment, great price and we felt opening the door on an app was easy and convenient for us.
Submitting our passport details on the app felt a bit dodgy. We also were not happy with the credit card deposit and the amount of time it took for the money to be returned. We were told by messages the apartment isn't officially checked when you leave, so the next customers could cause damage and you could be charged for it.
Whilst opening the door was easy for us, those who struggle with technology would not be able to stay here.
There's 'no tourist' graffiti inside, which I can understand why, but not very inviting.

"Posizione centrale e ben collegata con i mezzi. Plaza Mayor a pochi passi. Silenzioso di notte nonostante sia in un quartiere vivace e pieno di locali e ristoranti.
Appartamento molto ben curato, puli..."
