We had some issues and they were willing to help on a holiday weekend.

I did love the cabin, they place bird feeders out and the birds come right up to the cabin. It was very cozy. The driveway was very steep! I requested early check in that was approved and while driving 12 hours they called to tell me the cleaners weren’t done and I couldn’t check in till later. They also threw vegetables over the side of balcony that I assume was for squirrels but my dogs found and ate. I wasn’t a fan of the cameras everywhere but also can understand why they have them. We did love the cabin and our stay aside from the minor things we were not the biggest fans of.

The home was terrific; the driveway had no issue, and the stay was perfect. I wouldn't change a thing, and we had a fantastic vacation. This home was an ideal fit for two families with kids. We loved the actual fireplace and the outdoor firepit. The game room was a massive bonus because there were no pictures of all the games for kids. The only issue we had, which most likely was operator error, was the TVs. We could not get the TV in the upstairs master to work, and we had trouble logging on to the main TV, but after playing around, we found the football games (that is all we cared to watch). Thank you for the fantastic vacation, and we look forward to staying with you all again. Maggie Valley was so much fun!

The cabin was very nice and the views were great. The only problem we had was the parking. No way to drive up the driveway. We had to park at the bottom of the driveway and carry our luggage up the hill. The same when we picked up groceries. We enjoyed our stay but wouldn't stay again.
