We had a wonderful 3 months in Lawton Woods within the Sea Pines area on Hilton Head Island. The home is located on a quiet neighborhood that is within easy walking distance of both the Nature Preserve and the Beach. It is right on the bike path which means we could easily bike all over Sea Pines and across the island as well. The bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen among the best appointed for a long-term rental with pans, crockpot, cooking equipment, etc, nice showers in both bathrooms with plenty of water pressure and the great room is pleasant to sit in and watch tv. There is also a nice patio and a gas grill which we enjoyed. The laundry room is also well equipped. And the birds are plentiful and sing beautifully. The host is responsive and helpful. We would come back any time.

The house is conveniently located. The description should state the house has a locked door in the family room that leads to another part of the house that is not part of the rental. But we have rented the house twice and enjoyed our stay.

The house is very nice, well furnished and stocked with all kinds of kitchen necessities. I was very happy to see a large selection of stainless steal pots and pans. The house is centrally located and it’s easy to get around in various directions. A short and easy bike ride to the beach. We definitely plan on renting it for our next trip to HHI.
