Two coffee pots but neither worked. Need mats in showers. Very slippery.

We visit Branson, MO at least once or twice a year, and this is our first year staying in a lodge, and it was amazing! The lodge was so cozy and comforting. It perfectly accommodated 12 people who were able to all have their own room and bathroom. The location of the lodge was perfectly placed with the surrounding neighborhood being enjoyable and quiet at night. You could certainly call this place a 'home away from home'. I highly recommend Serenity Oaks Lodge for any size of family!

We gathered extended family for a Branson weekend and this was probably our favorite place we've stayed. So close to the park, quiet and very roomy! It is rare to find bedrooms with king-size beds, much less one (or two) king-sized beds in every bedroom! Being allowed to bring our little dog was also a wonderful perk. We would absolutely recommend this property and stay here again!

Everything was in very good condition. We were not able to get the TVs to work, and the bedrooms were somewhat stuffy in the basement and main level floors. Could not get them to cool down. We really didn't care about the tv, but the cooler air would have been nice. I would recommend the facility to others. We had a great time. Will go again that's for sure.

Stayed here with 3 families and it was perfect for us. Each family took a different floor of the house and had their own space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time and the cabin was very nice. My only complaint was that I had to call them to get the code to get in.
In the email I received the day before, there was a clause that stated we may be able to get an early check-in so I asked and was told to check back. I checked back multiple times, including when we were sitting in front of the cabin, but was told it wasn't ready. Nobody was there and the cabin was ready when we finally did get the code which really irritated me a bit.
Other than that, it was great!

Good experience but had difficulty getting ahold of the office to relay the ice maker wasn’t working. Floors weren’t clean when we entered the home. Overall great place to stay though.

Our family of 9 adults spent the weekend in Branson celebrating our parents 50th anniversary as well as a surprise wedding proposal at Top of the Rock. This house was perfect! Spacious, clean, and inviting. The location was great, as it was close to Silver Dollar City and a few minutes from the strip. We will definitely book again!

Location was great. Loved that it was out of town but still close. Kitchen sink was very dirty and pots and pans looked as if they’d never been cleaned. All of the couches are completely worn down and extremely uncomfortable. Definitely needs updating.

Construction in the area makes for interesting drive in the neighborhood. The HVAC must be limited and controlled off-site. The AC would only go to 70 degrees at night. The closet rod in the basement bedroom is broke and we could not hang up clothes. Two of the nights we stayed it got down to 42 degrees, we were going to
Light a fire in the fireplace but it was either turned off or the tank was empty. The shower door in the basement would not stay shut while you showered, it has no hatch in the door.

Sink in kitchen looked as if never cleaned. And cook wear dirty and scratched up

Serenity Lodge
Clean and spacious. Each bedroom having a separate bathroom was a blessing. In this house the couches are shot very uncomfortable. Pool facilities are very nice. Other than seating very nice rental.

Everything was perfect!
This cabin was everything we hoped for! The website description was extremely accurate. The pictures didn’t make it seem bigger than it actually was at all! We had 18 people (which included toddlers, teens and adults) and we all fit comfortably. We were able to check in a bit early which was really helpful as we were all headed to a wedding and needed to change quickly! The only downside was the steep stairs for the toddlers (we bought a baby gate at Walmart, problem solved!) and the parking was a bit sparse but we made it work (some of us had to walk an extra 20 yards, honestly not that big of a deal!). The pool was great! The location was ideal and within a reasonable distance to stores etc. We will definitely be back!

Wished pool was closer. With 8 little kids, the hill was too steep. Pictures were deceiving, playground was not functional for the kids. If someone books with little kids like us, maybe put them closer to these things. Also with 18 people, one little trash receptacle does not work.

Great space for large family
