Modern, clean, light and airey layout well suited to coming and going from surfing/ swimming/ walking.
Coast path, beach, surf hire facilities, and pub all 5 minute walk away.
Morning beach swim followed by hot tub soak something I could get used to.
Excellent bath/shower/ kitchen facilities. Friendly helpful hosts. Lovely living accommodation, really 5 star in every respect.
Nothing to criticise.

The view from balcony was amazing and location. The property is clean and modern
The advertising is misleading and leads to disappointment. We thought we booked for 5 adults meaning 3 rooms. But only 4 beds and bedding provided for 5 adult booking. The hot tub was advertised as coming with the property but that was not the case. Also the hot water cut out mid stay but the team were quick to solve this
