Our whole family cooked played and stayed together in your beautiful home for Thanksgiving. It was honestly the best Thanksgiving we have ever had. We all had plenty of room and there were plenty of things to do including the game closet that you left. It was absolutely outstanding. The house is beautiful. and it was in immaculate condition when we arrived. And more than enough room for all of us. What special memories were made this Thanksgiving. We went with 4 couples and 7 children ages 3-12 yrs old. The house is beautiful and well taken care of. The kitchen had plenty of supplies in it for us to cook all of our meals. There was plenty of space for all of us. There is a small shoreline to have the kids play along, which ours did and really enjoyed it. We got quality family time in during our stay and would definitely stay again.

Quiet and very pretty. House was great for kids. They loved the movie room and playing along shoreline. Wish we had brought fishing poles. Pickle balls was fun! Overall great trip.

This property was perfect for a large group of varying ages. The view was scenic, the house itself was very clean and spacious, and the location conducive to many activities.

This home was amazing. Very spacious and was packed with all the essentials plus some extras. Our granddaughters loved the play room and our older children loved the game room. The movie theater was my husbands special spot. The view was amazing . And the host were prompt to respond with answers to our questions. Strongly recommend staying here!

We had a large family group - for some of them it was their first time in Arkansas. There were 4 families including my husband and myself, and 3 of my grown kids, their spouses and 6 grandchildren ages 2 - 16. Upon arrival, everyone was amazed at how beautiful the house was. There are two huge family rooms downstairs, a living area upstairs and a game room area downstairs. The entire house was beautifully furnished. Everyone had plenty of room for privacy and togetherness. We loved the extra large table and the spacious kitchen with the island. The kids had a blast with the ping pong table and the games. The house is equipped with EVERYTHING you would ever think of needing including a slow cooker, blender, food processor, etc.. There was a huge pantry that fit all of our food and a large utility room as well. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were fantastic, especially the master bedroom and bath. The most amazing thing was the view from the upstairs deck. We sat out there every morning and evening drinking our coffee and wine looking over the tranquil lake and hearing the birds sing, watching the lightening bugs and deer. We rented a boat two of our days and the kids loved the tubing and riding up and down the lake. Some of the group did the zip line. We went into Eureka springs, shopped, ate and just enjoyed being together. This is the PERFECT place for luxury, comfort and family togetherness. I would highly recommend.

Had 10 adults and 11 children in the house for a week long family reunion. We all found the house to be very comfortable, clean, well-stocked, and spacious. Loved watching the sunsets and playing in the lake. Property owner made everything so easy and had great communication. Couldn’t be more pleased with our stay!

Our expectations were high because of the pictures, but this house was even better than we hoped. It rained most of the time we were there, but the house was so awesome that it didn’t even matter. The kids loved the game area and movie theater and there was plenty of space for us to all spread out. The kitchen was amazing and had everything you could want. We would for sure rent this house again.

The house is perfect for a big family getaway. It was exceptionally clean. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is on the lake with beautiful views. We took our family photos with the lake background. My four year old granddaughter loved the play room with all the princess toys and playhouse. She also loved the slide attached to the house. I loved the early morning sunrise on the lake and the peaceful morning walk. It is close to Bentonville, Pea Ridge, Bella Vista Tanyard Creek, Eureka Springs Passion Play, Keeter Center Sunday Brunch, Top of the Rock and Dogwood Canyon. Great location to see different areas.

This house was really great in communication with the owner was easy. He was very responsive. There’s plenty of room to spread out and for the kids to play and the adults to visit. I would stay here again. Highly recommend!

The lake house is new and beautiful. We have stayed at several vacation homes and this one was definitely the most well stocked ! Everything we needed to cook thanksgiving dinner was available. Kitchen was stocked with very nice appliances. All the Beds were very comfortable as well. And thankfully, they had a lot of toys accessible for the young kids to keep them busy. Our son in laws enjoyed using the pellet grill out on the deck Unfortunately the wind was very strong and chilly out so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor space as much as we had planned. But the lake is a nice view from inside the home and an easy walk to the waters edge The owner was quick to respond when the internet went out and the tv's did not work, he was able to help us get it all back up and running. If anyone is looking for a large luxury home in the Eureka Springs area, this is it.

LOVE this lake house and property! My family is huge and we had such an amazing time together! It’s the 1st time as adults we have had a place we could all stay and enjoy with our own families together! It was perfect and we made some incredible memories! Owner was amazing and made the entire experience fantastic! Would definitely recommend!

This home is absolutely beautiful! Just a few steps to Table Rock lake and minutes away from Eureka Springs. We had a fun relaxing weekend. I enjoyed cooking in the Chef's kitchen! Beds were so comfortable. Giving 5 stars isn't enough for this property. They literally thought of EVERYTHING!
