The house was clean and very well decorated. Landlord thought of everything. Even a shower outside with hot water !!!!!. Well done. recommend to anyone who wants a clean place and enjoy great vacation.

Very nice, centrally located, nice to have a garage and plenty of beds and baths.

We took our daughter and a couple of her friends to the shore for the weekend. The house accommodated us very well. The kids loved the space in the garage to hang out and play games. It’s not far from the boardwalk and super convenient to Acme! Jody was responsive anytime we reached out. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for a weekend in Ocean City, and I would totally recommend to anyone, whether it be a family or friends!! The owner, Jody, was very easy to deal with and our trip was very smooth. Definitely got our money’s worth!!!

My family and friends had a graduation celebration and the house was more than accommodating to our needs and very spacious!

This house was beautiful! The amenities - including a parking spot at the boardwalk, the set up of the beach chairs at the beach, a gift card to Jilly’s, refillable cup and fries for Jilly’s, and plenty of off street parking - made this rental easy for having 4 kids from 7 months to 5 years old. I wish there was a better process for checking in, as it was an added task to call for access to the rental after a 3 hour trip with 2 babies in the car. The furniture was also sparse - would have liked end tables and/or a coffee table to place items we were using, as well as an area rug (as the hardwood was uncovered and slippery). The couches were luxurious, however having to plug them in to the wall behind the couches created a tripping hazard. There were also numerous ants on the counter when we entered, and continued to be there throughout our couple days stay despite repeatedly wiping down counters and not keeping food out/taking trash out/etc. We also would have appreciated more available items: hand soap at the sinks, comforters for the beds, more pillows for the beds, hand towels for bathrooms/kitchen, cleaning products to wipe down bathrooms/kitchens, bath towels, etc. This rental was not stocked for a quick weekend trip, but more like a week stay if you’re planning to pack the car for 7 days and throw in these items. To rent a property for a quick weekend in the off-season, there should be more items supplied, as most VRBOs do for these types of rentals. Overall we enjoyed this updated property and being so close to a park and Acme to run down and by things that were not provided.

My family and i Really enjoyed this house. Very clean inside, nice layout, and great location and easy access to downtown OC and the boardwalk. Jody was very responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommned.

This house was fantastic! It was so clean and spacious. We had 2 families and my parents staying here and there was enough space for all. Jody was also wonderful to work with from check in to answering any questions we might have had about Ocean City. The beach was a few blocks away but having a parking space included was also a huge plus in our minds. We will definitely be booking this house for next Summer!

We had the best time on our recent trip. The house was immaculate, awesome location which offers privacy and convenience. Short walks to all the attractions. Best part…..furnished front porch where we spent hours!!! Many perks such as beach parking, chair/umbrella set up, off street parking, laundry, comfortable furniture and beds. Best part……front porch!! We plan to book for next summer!!

Our family, with 6 older kids and 4 adults, found this house to be perfect for us. We spent nearly all of our time at the house on the front porch. It was the perfect spot for us all to gather. And the parking spot near the beach couldn't have been more convenient for transporting all of our beach gear yet an easy 10 minute walk to the boardwalk from the house. We thought staying several blocks off the beach would be less ideal but actually it was perfect. Lots to do near the house and yet removed enough from the action that it was very peaceful. Jody was super attentive too.

My family had a great time at this very lovely house. The extra perks of parking at the beach and beach chairs makes the stay more relaxing. We had a great time and enjoyed the space both indoor and outdoor .

Best vacation home ever. Away from the crowds. Perfect quiet location in Ocean City. Park in 2 car garage. Private furnished tiki room with games and bar an added bonus. Near downtown, beach and boardwalk. Great perks, beach tags. Free VIP parking at12th and boardwalk. Beach chairs and umbrella set up on 12th street beach included. Gracious host!

We loved our visit to 745 Moore Ave. jodey was a wonderful host and very responsive… The house was perfect and in a great location… We were able to walk to the beach and shops and also enjoyed use of the parking passes at 12th and boardwalk as well as the chair and umbrella rental perks that came with the house… Very comfortable and clean home located in the heart of Ocean City

We had a wonderful time and so happy for the 12th street parking and umbrella n chairs rental. Acme location perfect for us. Parking at the house never a problem. Rooms were fine. My family and I rented this property to stay for a weekend wedding near Ocean City. The home was more beautiful in person that the pictures online. It was open, clean, big enough for our large group and had plenty of parking. We so enjoyed the town, was fabulous for our 3 and 5 year olds also. Jody was so very accomodating and welcoming. Thank you Jody, for giving us the opportunity to stay in your lovely home!

Great property and location is hard to beat too. Beds were comfy. It was odd that sheets were not provided, but that was mentioned prior. I did find that the kitchen was pretty bare bones too, as well as the bathrooms which were missing soap and extra toilet paper.

Exceptional property, walking minutes from beach. Clean, spacious, and welcoming. Property owner is a class act.

Bring air mattresses unless you have a very friendly family. Cleaning was just ok. We arrived at check in and the cleaning crew was just finishing. While moving in we found plastic bottles under beds, candy wrappers on one of the bedroom floors and overflowing garbage in the basement. Calls into question how thoroughly the house was actually cleaned.
