Central, clean & very comfortable!
Just needs some instructions on how to use things in the house.. could not get the hotplate to stay on for the life of me!

The doors were needing attention, the paint on the master bedroom doorwas badly scratched, possibly someone’s pet dog. The bathroom door needs oiling very loud opening and closing during the night. Very basic but good value for the money

Only the location close to busy area!
The house is too old and lack of maintenance! Door lock doesn’t work well! Television is not smart TV, the living room light doesn’t work! The shower water is to weak! Some odd smell full of the house….!

"Short walk to the shops (Four Square), lake, church. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The house is with complete facilities. We were sooo happy and comfortable."
