I had the best stay with my then fiancé now husband and our best friends! We got married down the road from the house and it was PERFECT for our day! We had so much space for the bridal party to get ready there. It had a gorgeous view and great decor which made for great photos. It’s location was great, very close to downtown and the beach. If you’re getting married in the area or even want a nice little get away I highly recommend this rental!!

Stayed 5 nights for our son’s wedding. We all had our own space to decompress, and house was large enough to invite other family members over for a BBQ, we never felt crowded. They could use some foil or baggies Etc. but store was just up the street. Close to the beach and shops. I would stay here again.

We stayed in San Clemente for our daughter's wedding and this house suited our needs perfectly. Owners were attentive and accommodating. Home was centrally located and close to everything. The view from the patio is STUNNING! Would definitely book again.

The house is located in a nice area of San Clemente. It has everything you need for a great stay. It is convenient to the highway and not far from the town. The house has a view of the ocean but also has quite a bit of highway noise.

Skip was very communicative and easy to work with. The house has plenty of space and the bedrooms are very comfortable. We loved the windows along the west wall that provided a beautiful ocean view and the outdoor patio on the west side was perfect. We would definitely return to this house.

We loved staying here. Very convenient to highways. Just a short distance to main drag of San Clemente via car. Very quiet neighborhood. Skip was a pleasure to deal with.

We were very pleased to find the home so clean and beautifully designed to accommodate everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor entertaining space had a lovely view of the ocean. The three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths were especially Helpful for us. There is a washer and dryer in the garage and a variety of beach chairs and things you might need on your vacation. The location is five minutes from the beach and even closer to downtown stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful vacation home
Beautiful updated house. Great for a family. We all had our own space. We stayed 4th of July week. You can see the fireworks from the backyard. It was perfect!

We loved the location and amentities at Skip's house. He supplied everything needed for a day at the beach including chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, and a cooler. The house is clean and well appointed. We were able to cook dinner and even used the grill one night. The hot tub is a lovely way to end the day under the stars. It's a peaceful, relaxing home but close to everything. We walked the mile to the beach and we walked to dinner and the local donut shop. Such a great location and the perfect place to vacation in the quiet beach town of San Clemente.

We loved the location and amentities at Skip's house. He supplied everything needed for a day at the beach including chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, and a cooler. The house is clean and well appointed. We were able to cook dinner and even used the grill one night. The hot tub is a lovely way to end the day under the stars. It's a peaceful, relaxing home but close to everything. We walked the mile to the beach and we walked to dinner and the local donut shop. Such a great location and the perfect place to vacation in the quiet beach town of San Clemente.

Very convenient to beaches, San Clemente Pier/restaurants, and I-5 access, and to all the shops. And, of course, can't beat waking up to the amazing ocean views everyday!! And, the sunsets--wow!! Great San Clemente getaway
Recently spent a week with my family and loved it. The house is as advertised - clean, updated and spacious with a nice backyard patio and a fantastic hot tub. It was well stocked with beach items and close to all the good stuff (beaches, downtown, even mountain biking). Skip was a wonderful host, quick to answer questions and just nice all around. We'd certainly return.

Staycation!
We had a fantastic stay at this super cute and comfortable home for three nights. Conveniently located within a short drive to many favorite beaches, restaurants and shops. We will, without any doubts, recommend to family and friends and hope to revisit again!
