Very cute and quaint! Beautiful river view and access.

This is located in a very nice spot, right by the river. Grounds were pretty, we would have loved to try the fire pits. Easy check in for our 2 night stay, owner came over and introduced himself. Parking was provided right next to cabin. Our cabin was very rustic and aged but we had had everything we needed. Fridge was working but freezer was very iced up. Cozy but needs a little updating. We would stay again!

Property management was very kind! The cabin was much smaller than expected and beds were not comfortable. The 'cabin'is close to neighbors so definitelymuch more motel style than resort! The area was quiet. It was a walk to the water front so not as close as we were hoping. Lake is also further than we were hoping. The lake was beautiful. Renting the pontoon was definitely our highlight.

The management was great! The river was beautiful. The cabin was cozy and clean. It had a family feel to the whole stay. The highlight was the cat who greeted everyone and made sure to stop by when you were leaving.

This place was a cute little gem!! It's older, but well kept up. It was nice that a car port separated each unit, so you didn't hear people in the cabin units next to you. The managers were super friendly and available, if needed. Our Kids loves the included paddle boats and kayaks.

We needed a cabin for just a 1 night stay and managed to find this ONE NIGHT that a cabin was available. Checkin and Checkout was super simple. Location was convenient and easy to find. Very pleased with our very short stay.

The manager was soo helpful and friendly. The location is great!!! The cabin was very clean, just a few cobwebs under furniture. I would definitely stay there again. Sheets, blankets, towels, etc. all smelled soo fresh. They even wash the blankets after each stay.....I don't know of any hotel that does that!!!

What a quaint, cute, clean set of cabins! The hosts Matthew and Kristina are fantastic. Onsite laundry. Very clean and plenty of kitchen ware. We spent a few weeks over the winter here and it was a perfect place to come back to every evening. Recommend!

The cabin worked out perfectly for us while we were visiting family. Being able to dock and use our boat on the river and Fishhook Lake was a huge plus.

My two kids & I had a great experience at Cabin #3. The living room space & kitchen are small, however it worked well for us. We especially loved the property's peninsula beach area that had community fire pits, some sandy areas along the water, & lots of equipment available to use for free. Renters in the neighboring attached cabins were respectful of each us & each other, so it was a very quiet & comfortable place to stay. Loved that it was an easy & quick drive up to Itasca State Park, & super easy access to nearby stores & restaurants since the property is within the city limits of Park Rapids on the north side of town. We hope to come back again soon!

This property is in town (Park Rapids) on a quiet off main street. It had everything we needed in the "cabin" and was clean. It is attached to other cabins - more like a motel. Sadly, the aluminum boats didn't have current registration, so we didn't get to go out fishing like we had planned.

The cabins are small but since we did not intend to be in the cabins much this was perfect. Everything was clean, lots of things to do, check in and check out was easy. The owners are wonderful. I would definitely come back again.

Texted questions were also answered promptly. Couch/futon could use a deep cleaning, but rest of the place was clean. Beds were not very comfortable though. Would suggest upgrading to queen beds.

When we arrived was a bit surprised at the set-up as more expecting separate cabins like at an old lake respeto however we really ended up liking that each cabin is separate but has a carport in case of bad weather, either for you car or to just sit under if raining.
The property is just beautiful as it is a peninsula out into the river with views from 3 sides. Had picnic table, 2 fire pits, seats and swing right by the water, and we even used the canoes to go up and down the river. Felt secluded but just a 3 minutes drive into town for supplies. High recommend!!
