The overall place is a good spot if you’re planning to ski. Some frustration we had was the hot tubs were closed so my son decided to use the bathtub with jets. It turned on and shot out dirt all over the tub. The overall cleanliness was top layer. There needs to be a deep clean done in that place and there were some bugs. The furniture and beds were very uncomfortable and the tv/entertainment was very old and limited. However, the biggest complaint is the heating of the place. There was a note saying we couldn’t raise the heat over 68 degrees and the only time it got above that was if we left the gas fireplace on. It was just cold, uncomfortable and needs a deep clean. I would not go back to this specific condo.

Overall, this was a nice property with a very good location to walk to the owner’s lift. With some additional attention, including updating some wear, the property could be very nice. Also, the booking interface with Vacasa as a property manager was not seamless. I received an email from Vacasa before the balance was due saying I had 24 hours to pay or my reservation would be canceled (glad I checked my email). The policy to keep the heat at 65 degrees made for cold sleeping, particularly with thin bedding and a lack of extra blankets. The fireplace helped keep things warm while awake, but could not be run all night. The bunk beds were not installed properly with slats that were not screwed in and sagging. We were not comfortable with our kids using the upper bunk. Also, the garbage disposal caused the kitchen sink to link, which we did report. In general, the rental felt a little more “bare bones” than other rentals we have done (e.g., kitchen stocking, lack of games, limited information provided on property such as where to take trash out, no ski locker or place to put skis). With many options at Granby Ranch, while we enjoyed our stay, this would not be our first choice to return to again.

The Granby village and ski resort exceeded every expectation I had. The lodge was perfect, comfortable, and 2 minutes from ski lift. Next time we will stay longer.

Overall this is a great place to stay. You can walk or ski across a parking lot to one of the lifts at Granby Ranch. And when your done skiing, ski down the road back to the condo. It was very clean and comfortable, our only bad experience was the small stackable washer/dryer. It did take a while to do laundry. Would stay hear again.

No only was the inside of the condo beautiful, but the views were amazing!! Would definitely stay here again.

Property was well maintained and in a great location. Very quiet area with lots of nearby activities. We had a great time.

It was our first visit to Granby Ranch and first time for our young kids on skis. The condo was great, very clean, fantastic views, easy to base lodge or you could ski into this housing area but our kids were beginners so we didn't do that. Fireplace was nice and toasty. Towels, soap, etc just like hotel left for it use. Comfy beds. Better in person than the current photos suggest. Reservation staff great. We will definitely be back!

We selected this property for the location and size. We were delighted with everything about the property. The unit was clean and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations. We loved the view from all the windows. The condo felt very private, almost a cabin like experience. The property was quiet and the grounds were beautiful. The location was perfect in being central to our planned activities at Lake Granby, Rocky Mountain National Park, Dillon and Winter Park. We would love to return.

Positives: The condo was clean. The management company was wonderful - friendly and courteous. Negatives: The condo is in dire need of updating. The kitchen has nice countertops but cupboards and appliances need attention. Only one burner on the stove seemed to work. The pantry closet has a musty smell. The deck is tiny. The foot board of one of the twin beds appeared to be broken. The pool and hot tub were gross - my kids wouldn’t get in either. It was dark - there wasn’t much light in the dining or family room. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo. We appreciated lots of natural light, pretty views out every window and high ceilings. Our kids has plenty of space upstairs. Loved the deck. Pretty setting, very quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

great condo, open floor plan, a lot of space, we would come back here! Only wish we could have stayed longer. Only one thing that I noticed, the towels were not clean , there was makeup on them in the master, like they hadn't even been washed. That is a property management issue...not the condo. The master bed was amazing , and so was the bunk beds upstairs. Thanks for a great stay!
