The staff was very courteous and extremely nice. The reservation mix up was due to my husband not explaining that we had a reservation it was no fault of the hotel staff whatsoever they were very nice and giving us the room for the second night instead of making us check out and then back i n
I have reserved a room for two nights and requested a smoking room remind my husband checked in he was only given the room for one night and it was a non-smoking room plus there was only one towel
