Questo appartamento per non fumatori è in una posizione strategica: a due passi da un parco acquatico, da pendii dove scendere con lo slittino e da molte altre località interessanti. Puoi raggiungere Casco Bay e Casa di Neal S. Dow in 5 minuti a piedi. Hai un mezzo e non sai dove posteggiarlo? Nessun problema: qui trovi anche un parcheggio.

Nella cucina potrai preparare ottimi piatti come se fossi a casa! C'è proprio tutto l'occorrente: un forno, un piano cottura, un frigorifero, un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, un bollitore elettrico e una pentola per cucinare le aragoste. Potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi e TV: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile. Qui trovi lavatrice e asciugatrice: porta con te solo lo stretto indispensabile e fai qualche bucato. Fabulous stay at this old mansion on Congress Street! We didn't use the kitchen so can't speak to how well it was stocked. Coffee pot worked great and there were wine glasses and an opener - so our needs were met! The area has many fabulous foodie-friendly restaurants and we definitely got our fill! And the speakeasy across the alley was uber fun!Be aware it is about a mile from the touristy waterfront - so bring walking shoes or plan to drive and pay for parking (potentially a LOT). The host was quickly responsive to any pre- and post- arrival questions. Only downside - the occupants above us were quite noisy and there was some bar noise from next door. Ear plugs are encouraged.

Our overall stay was very nice. The place was clean and nicely updated with plenty of space. The location was conveniently located for enjoying Portland. We did have an issue with one of the bathrooms however our host was quick to respond. We would have liked more kitchen ware especially coffee mugs. We certainly would consider this place again during a return visit.

The location is excellent and the home has historic charm with plenty of space for a group. However, the stay didn’t quite live up to the 9.8-star rating. The kitchen was understocked, some linens were very worn, and basic supplies like soap and garbage bags were lacking. Noise from outside and the unit above was also an issue. Overall, it was fine—but I wouldn’t stay here again.
