Wonderful place with amazing lake views. Family were so warm and welcoming, I didnt want to leave. They kindly brought tamales and punch to try on Christmas eve ❤️ everything was perfect.

Only comment is that the water isn't hot but that's the case with every place I visited in Guatemala.

Miguel and his son were both so nice and helpful. This place has the cleanliness ad privacy of a hotel room but the welcoming faces of staying with a family. Also the views on the terrace, from my room, and on the roof were great. As others mentioned they even offered laundry services, though I didn't end up taking them up on that, but that is a great offer.

Miguel the owner is the kindest,most helpful ever! he helped us with everything that we needed and will do everything to make you comfortable and satisfied during your stay. the rooms are nice and clean, the bed is big and comfortable. there is a terrace and a rooftop with an amazing view. they did our laundry for free and there is a fully stocked kitchen to use. we really liked this place and would come again!

The millenium apartment is the best place where we stayed during our 2 months travel. The rooms are very clean and confy. Also having a nice kitchen was really useful. Most of all, Miguel and his family are so lovely and made our holidays even more perfect. They took care to book our activities and find the best options for us. The millenium apartment was a perfect experience. The location is very close to the dock for Santiago and a short, easy walk to the main tourist areas of town. It is sparkling clean, spacious, and includes access to a full kitchen, hammocks, and rooftop deck with a beautiful view of the lake, volcano, and town. The host (Miguel) is friendly, helpful, and offers free laundry services as well as personal tour of the town and area. He made my experience in San Pedro into the highlight of my entire holiday in Guatemala. 10/10, fantastic experience.

I wish I could have booked a longer stay! I spent 4 nights here, using the apartment as a base to explore all of Atitlan. I wish I had booked a week!

The first thing you’ll notice when you arrive is that the owner, Miguel, and his family are incredibly nice. Possibly the most helpful and genuine people I’ve ever met. He went out of his way to show me his town and make sure I had a great experience.The hotel is recently updated, clean, secure, has a huge comfy bed, a fan to keep the room cool at night, and a private bathroom with enough towels/tp/shampoo/soap that you will need. Next they have free laundry service on site which is huge for traveling. The kitchen is a shared kitchen, I used it multiple times to cut fruit, make breakfast, make tea, etc. it is stocked with everything you need plus some other essentials like tea/coffee/spices/purified water. This helped keep costs low. Finally, there is a rooftop patio with a fantastic view of the lake and the rest of San Pedro. I loved the location of the hotel. It was a couple blocks outside the main area with the bars and noise but it was only a few minute walk to get to anything you want for food, drinking, Market, etc. Very safe location too.

The shower only had a little hot water but that’s to be expected in central/South America. After 10 seconds I was used to it. I mainly didn’t like leaving the property and going home 😕

Naps in the hammocks. Great location. The sun deck on the roof. Reliable, fast WiFi (I took two Zoom calls). Unmatched hospitality - both the owners were so smiley and sweet and even took me on a motorbike tour of the city. It was the highlight of my trip.

the family is by far the nicest hosts I’ve had staying pretty much anywhere and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. the rooms are small but very comfortable, and the view is beautiful.

the only thing that doesn’t give 10000% is the temperature of the water but it’s an electric shower head and it’s really as best as you can get with what they’ve got. also, and this has NOTHING to do with the hosts or the apartment but needs to be added- bombas are a thing in San Pedro, and they suck. they go off at all hours especially on the weekend bring ear plugs

The contact was amazing, they put alot of effort into making the stay welcoming and pleasant. Highly recommend! Good Wifi, Tv with all the premium sports channels, everything comfy. The staff makes it a 10!
