Noise from the street, the heater was not really efficient

I enjoyed staying there, very clean and close to the city centre and shops. Landlord is very friendly and ready to help. I highly recomend this place.

it was very cold in the night , and the electric heater did not help

The room is small, but has everything you need, including a table to work at. Unlike most hostels, you have your own shower and kitchen and a feeling of privacy. Totally recommended for its price!
Not very soundproof, you can hear people talking outside. But still better than a hostel)

The location is great, everything you need is near. The train station is 10 minutes away on foot.
Overall is good and the owner is helpful and friendly.
The heater is automatic which turns on for few minutes then turn off till it cools down that made me feel cold at night specially that my stay was in winter.
Another thing I didn't like the noises, the neighbors are not quite and as the apartment on the ground floor, when people walk near the house you can hear them.
