The bed itself is a little bit uncomfortable. And as the location is in one of Napoli most busy areas it is a little nit noisy but it is expected.

The staff were fantastic and super accommodating. I loved chatting with them and they gave a true charme to the hotel, you can tell everything there comes from a place of love—breakfast included. Everything besides gluten free options and pastries is made in the kitchen, and the variety is great. My room had an AC unit and a small fridge, which were super helpful during a heatwave. If you want to explore the historical area, the catacombs, duomo area, and be reasonably close to Via Toledo, Museo Madre, Museo Archeologico, Piazza Del Plebiscito, and literally next door to Serbillo, a pizza place with 60k 5 stars reviews, I would say this is your hotel.

Being in the historical centre of Naples, this hotel exists inside an older building. This transpired from the get-go, when I struggled to find the entrance because it was in a courtyard. It was appropriately signed, but it was hard to find at the start. There are some issues with the facilities and the structure: my room had a huge water leak stain from whatever was above it (possibly the roof?), and there were plenty other mould and humidity stains around the room. Every three meters in the corridor there was a small puddle from water leaks in the ceiling. The water stains and leaks were numerous inside and outside of the room (around the AC too) so let’s just say that does not give a great feeling of safety. On top of this the entrance door handle was faulty, but this should be an easy fix for maintenance. It’s a modest hotel and it would get better quite quickly if there was more attention to details: for example, despite being told there would be a safe, wasn’t one in the room. This plus the faulty door handle was not super great. Lastly, I saw that the (super firm) mattress did not have any sort of protector under the bottom sheet, which didn’t feel very hygienic.
