Great location, lovely room, nice breakfast.

The breakfast being served in the basement when there are other nice areas in the hotels, eg, roof top, outside terrace.

The location and the hospitality. We loved the restaurant just outside the hotel. It was a great family run restaurant that we returned to each night for a last drink before bed.

Teresa was a lovely host, made us feel very welcome. Luca was efficient and helped us with the check in. The rooms were very unusual and unforgettable, a very interesting old building.

Some of the fixtures needed a bit of care and attention and these weren't the 18th century parts.

The staff were professional, friendly and the whole building was immaculately clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated with antique pictures and furniture. The hotel’s location is just off the main square and handy for everything in Sorrento town. The breakfast system for booking a slot worked really well as it was never crowded and it felt relaxed. There was always a delicious selection of fresh fruit, juices, meat and pastries, gluten free options and your choice of hot drinks brought to you by staff. The reception staff booked an airport taxi for us and nothing was any trouble. Special mention to Pepe, the bartender who was an absolute gentleman. We felt really at home in this hotel.
