Hotel Isola Bella

The view was amazing! The staff was amazing! Breakfast was good on the days we decided to partake.

The hotel is dated and could use an upgrade. For that view, it seems like it should have nicer, newer furniture in reception and the rooms.

Condizionatore troppo rumoroso e bagno troppo piccolo

The sea view from the room was very nice. Breakfast was very good. Bus stop was outside, so easy for travelling to the centre. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good location for Isola Bella beach as walking distance.

The room was small and the bathroom was not very practical. The shower cubicle was very small. No information about the city and no bus timetables. The bus service was very slow and buses were never on time. The buses stop running at 9.50pm from the main bus terminal which means you take a cable car as an alternative which cost 8 euros for a single journey. The hotel was a 15 minute bus journey from the centre so not very practical. It is a very long walk down from the centre so not advisable. Need to update and modernise the rooms. The TV was very small and did not work.Not easy to operate even though it had been checked. Need more updated TVs. The swimming pool needs improvement as it looks very plain, maybe tables, plants and just things to make it look more appealing.and practical.
