It’s Heaven , peaceful and a delight

Excellently run hotel, professional leadership, friendly staff, quiet setting, still not too far from downtown. Superior beds, wonderful spa despite a little expensive (not included in room rate). Nice pool and garden, beautiful terrasse. Well maintained plants. Nice balkony. Many personal thanks to Carolina, a wonderful host!!!
Breakfast could have some more offerings like "swiss müsli" or similar. Chair in own room not extremly comfortable.

Swimming pool, quiet location. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was pleasant. Bed very comfortable, air con in room.
We were in an attic room, so had no windows that we could look out of. No facilities to dry wet clothes. Not great natural light to put make up on, and the seagulls wake you up early in the morning squawking and hoping on the roof.

Rooms and bathroom very poorly equipped. Arriving and leaving the place with a midsize car is a nightmare.

Peace and quiet near the forest. Spacious bright room. The breakfast is excellent. The chef the other day is already serving everything I like

The garden en the swimmibgpool were great
There was not much hospitalytie en empathie
- the badroom was dangerus there was no anti-slip on the floor. The douche was old ( also old dared)
- in the kitchen were many tools but even no salt en peper. Not a bit of coffie and tea. Notting to clean the dishes So we where not able tot wach our breakfaststuf and our teacups. The fridge was frozen and gifs a lot of water.

Nice quiet location, beautiful grounds, room was spacious and well appointed. breakfast was delicious and a nice walk into town.

Our room faced the hills but our view was over the perimeter wall and fine. Pool was closed for season but the lawn was nice to sit and get some Sun. Breakfast was outstanding and the man who attends to your table is very hard working.
Parking was good but you need to tuck in your car mirrors driving up the hill and lord help you if you need to go back due to a car coming down! I suggest no taking a car larger than a small BMW due to one wall bulging toward street. (you will see it) I the breakfast area had larger windows. Turn the rock garden into flowers. Few restaurants nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel itself was lovely and the staff were very friendly. The room was cosy and clean and we enjoyed that the spa was by reservation so we had the whole space to ourselves.
Following the natural landscape of Trieste this hotel is on top of a hill, not necessarily a bad trait but something to be aware of when booking.

This place is like heaven in the middle of Trieste.
Quite complicated to get to the place : one way street and narrow streets. Hopefully they sent us a map with explanation.
