This was a wonderful place for a family vacation. We had a toddler so the one level floor plan was great for her. We all loved the pool. Great kitchen if you like to cook. Short walk to the beach in uncongested west Panama City. I highly recommend it. Thanks, Jocelyn, for a wonderful vacation.

We loved staying here! The house is beautiful, and it was just a short walk to the beach. There are plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, we didn't even need to use ours at all. There were also bikes and beach/pool toys which was a nice surprise! We had an issue with the pool while we were there, and the owner was FANTASTIC about getting the issue taken care of as soon as possible, and communicating with us/keeping us in the loop with updates. We had a fantastic vacation and would 100% come back to stay here again!

We had a great family vacation thanks to this beautiful vacation home. Had some troubles with the pool heating at first, and the owners were in contact immediately with us trying to talk us through the process of getting it going again, which was unsuccessful, but had their pool techs there the very next morning and had it all taken care of! Absolutely wonderful experience, and wonderful people! We will be going back!

We loved everything about our stay. The check process, communication, location and house were all 5/5 stars. The backyard with the pool was great to have on colder days. The house was just a short 5 minute walk to the beach. We had everything we needed, boogie boards, chairs, sand toys and bikes to make our stay perfect! I highly recommend staying here! We can’t way to come back! Thank you Jocelyn for a great stay in Florida!

The Blue Pearl was a great property for our family and Jocelyn was incredibly responsive to all of our questions leading up to our trip. The house is a short walk (5 min) to the beach and the use of the beach equipment and carts made our time at the beach so much more enjoyable! The pool is on the small side, but it was the perfect size for our kids (ages 5 & 8), plus there were so many pool toys available to use which our kids loved. The house was very clean and truly felt like home, unlike some other rental properties that we've stayed at in the past. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and beds were very comfortable (and I would consider us picky in that area). We highly recommend the Blue Pearl!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property! Close to the beach and restaurants plus convenient to shopping and grocery stores. Host was wonderful to work with and hope to stay again in the future.

We had a great stay! The beach buggies and chairs available were a huge plus for us. We did find if we cut threw the Christian Retreat that it was a lot faster to get to the beach. On our third day we did have a slight problem with the AC, but Jocelyn had someone out the next day to look at it and they got everything working properly. Overall, I would rate the house excellent!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house had everything needed to keep the kids entertained. The pool was a perfect break away from the beach, which was a short walk from the house. The provided beach carts and chairs made the beach days easy and relaxing. We will definitely be back, definitely recommend!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here and truly appreciated the wagons to help tote all our beach belongings to the beach. The pool was clean and a great spot to relax.

We absolutely loved the stay here and will book again. The home is gorgeous and laid out really well with open concept living room and kitchen. Great view of the pool from both. The pool was outstanding and wouldn't have gone any other way, it was so nice to have the option of the beach so close and a private pool at our house, we did both often! Beds were super comfortable and could technically sleep 13 people in this house if needed but not sure it would be allowed. The only issues we had were the Kuerig machine did not work gorgeous k-cups, only the full coffee pot side worked. There were 4 bikes on the property for use but only 1 was functional, all others had issues with chains and such which we could not fix when tried. There were tons of beach towels and beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, etc. which was very convenient. Walk to beach was super easy and close. We loved this vacation area and this home, it was a fantastic choice!

Fun in the Sun
We were able to walk to the beach and enjoy more fun in the sun by the pool on the property. At night, we enjoyed lounging outside with the cool breeze from the water.

The pool kept our family entertained and gave us something to do together as a family when we didn't want to spend our time at the beach. When we went the weather was very humid and the ocean had lots of seaweed + rip currents, so we spent a lot of time in the pool since we have smaller kids.
Jocelyn was a great host and communicated well. She wanted to make sure we were comfortable and had all that we needed for a comfortable stay.
Just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to Pier Park. We also spent some time at The Big Chill and it was a short drive away as well. So much to do around the area, but we were quite content just hanging out at the house most of the time.
We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful house, very close to the beach
The neighborhood is a bit older, but the advantage is that the beach is not as crowded. Everything about the house was lovely and perfect for our stay. We loved the little pool, and and all the amenities. The owner was very easy to work with. Would book this noise again in a heartbeat.

This place is amazing! The pictures, although they are great, do not do it justice. The house is so spacious, bright, and clean.

Amazing Beach Home!
I've been taking my family to Sunnyside/Laguna beach for the last several years and this house was BY FAR our favorite that we've stayed at. As soon as we walked through the front door the home smelled clean and fresh, and right away we were impressed with how beautifully it was decorated. The house felt bigger and more spacious than it seemed in the pictures. This house is the best stocked rental we've ever stayed at as well. The kitchen had everything you could need - tons of utensils, pots and pans, and dinnerware. An added bonus was the beach equipment in the garage - there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. The back yard has a great layout for relaxing after a long day at the beach, and the pool was very enjoyable. The home is located just a short walk from some of the best beach accesses in the area. The neighborhood was very quiet as well, and we had no issues with any kind of noise. I think it's safe to say I will be booking this house again the next time we go to the beach.

This was an amazing house! The open living concept was really nice to enjoy family time. The pool was heated perfectly, even for those rainy days, and is definitely a must for any home away from home. The beach access is so simple to get to, making beach time easy. The home is loaded with everything you need for a beach vacation! Lots of chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers, and close to every store and restaurant you could possibly need, but not too close. Everything was so wonderful and described perfectly. Jocelyn was so easy to work with. We love the Sunnyside/Laguna Beach area and have been visiting for several years. We will definitely be back at Jocelyn's place! Thank you for sharing your home with us, Jocelyn!

Highly recommend this property and location! Fantastic communication with the owner, gorgeous home, and super clean (I'm really picky!)
Everything we could have needed was provided (beach chairs/towels/etc, bikes, kitchen supplies). Location is an easy walk to the beach, and quick drive to groceries/restaurants. I would absolutely return to this property in the future.

AMAZING House! Everything You Need.
My family of 5 loved this home (2 adults, 3 kids)! It was very clean, spacious with a perfect beach vibe with the decor throughout the home. It has everything that you need. My Nissan Armada fit in the garage with plenty of space around it. The pool was heated and the patio was clean and a nice place to just hang out.
They have all the beach supplies you need (towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, cooler, etc) It is a very short walk to the beach and the carts that they have make it easy to gather all that you need for a great day at the beach.
Jocelyn is friendly and easy to reach if you have any questions.
Definitely recommend!

Stay here! It is exactly as pictured and is quite enjoyable. This home is clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, close to the beach, and Jocelyn is a great host. I've stayed in some VRBOs that say they are clean but are not. This house is clean! It has everything you need in the kitchen, for the beach, and for the pool. There are also bikes! It's a very short walk to several public beach access points. There's plenty of space inside and the pool is heated outside. There's not much to do within walking distance other than the beach, but we didn't mind driving into PCB and 30A. Jocelyn was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. I'd stay here again!

We loved the house with the pool and the amazing location! The house it a short walk to the beach! They had beach chairs and a couple carts that you can use for the beach! They house was super clean and very spacious! Having the pool to use after the beach was also very nice! I will definitely rent this house again when we come back!
