Hotel Arena Castillo

Rooms were very clean and modern, although no USB points. Very well-equipped apartment. Lovely rooftop bar, although it would have been nice if the bar were open during the day.

Sunbeds around the pool, were very close together and if you weren't there at 10am, you didn't get one.

Location was perfect

No where near enough storage space in bedroom

Lovely clean hotel and facilities

Service very slow in bars

Room was comfortable and spacious. Lady who did the cleaning, Lucia, did an excellent job and was very pleasant.

The pool area is overcrowded with sunbeds so close together. And whilst the tables by beds say no reserving and items will be removed all are reserved early morning, including the giant couch beds. There is a lot of pool side activities with loud music so very limited quiet time. The pool bar service is extremely slow. The outside of the building on the right of the bar is not very clean with lots of rubbish. On check in, whilst professional did not seem very welcoming and any time passing there was never an hello or how is your stay.
