We loved our stay in the cottage. It was clean, comfortable beds, attentive owners, well equipped kitchen, tv in every room, washer and dryer in the unit and cool vintage video game that helped our kids to get thru rainy day. Definitely recommend staying there and will consider renting again!

Overall an awesome experience and location! Great private beach, no pool. Would suggest adding hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and wet suits!

We stayed for 2 weeks on the Gulf side of Gulf Blvd. Less than 1 minute walk to the sand and no crossing Gulf Blvd!! Nobody living on top or on the side means no neighbor noise!! In unit laundry was awesome. I'd buy the place if they were selling!! Stay here. You won't regret it. The entire staff of Beach Time Rentals were/are superb. The wifi kept going out for the first few days. That was very frustrating. The modem and router were replaced, and it worked fine following that.

First night found glass in my bed, just tells me they didn't clean it well at all. They responded to my concern fast though since it was 10 at night. Second night the air went out, couldn't even stay in the place all day necklace it was miserable with the heat and they couldn't get the company to come till 4pm. The one bedroom the closet wouldn't stay shut, you can barley walk in the room or was so small and the bed and dresser where big that you just had a small walk way.Beds where very uncomfortable, really hard. Kept finding ants, I would clean the area and they come right back.

The area however was great. Perfect walking distance to the beach and they had a great little shopping center across the street. There was a great ice cream shop, store and restaurant.

I know my stay wasn't great, Hopefully they can fix a few of their flaws and this place will be great.

The house was beautiful, had everything we needed for the week. The only issue we had was the ice maker didn’t work, but we just had to buy ice everyday. No big deal. Everything was clean and new feeling, except the washer/dryer combo. It worked, it was just a little on the older side. The location is unbeatable, just steps to the beach! We will definitely be back!
