It is in best possible location with easy access to many beaches and more... There is a main house in the property and a house with guest units - the property is is stylish, well designed and maintained. The hosts provided us with beach umbrellas, there was a drying rack for towels and swimsuits, and I liked that each unit had its own table and chairs beside the pool. There is a large tv, very good wifi with a router inside the studio, and enough towels, plates, paper, glasses, etc., not new stuff, but mostly working well. The privacy level is good, even when other guests and the home residents are onsite. We couldn't hear the guests in the other unit behind the wall, it was not loud from the train station, and it was just steps away. The regional trains go to downtown Lisbon, to glamourous Estoril and to sophisticated yet laid-back Cascais.

The studio entrance is on the ground floor, and you might need to keep your window open because there is no AC, as well as the entrance door, therefore beware of bugs, ants, etc. Also, be careful when considering your trip to the airport, although Bolt (that showed lower price than Uber) app estimated 30 minutes ride, with morning traffic it took over an hour.

Amazing host and amazing location. It was my first time in Portugal and this place was a jackpot to book. Not only was our host extremely friendly, but she was very helpful and offered us recommendations around the area. Parede was a beautiful area. The neighbourhood was quiet and it felt very safe at night. The walk to the beach was easily accessible and the nearest supermarket was also no more than 10 minutes away. Really easy access to the city centre with their train station just at the end of the road. The pool was perfect for hot days and I would gladly book this place again. I’d say the area was a perfect middle location from accessing Lisbon and Sintra. By car, they were around the same distance so we had a great time going on transport and seeing all the different areas.

The property was a great value for money deal nicely nested in Parede very close to the sea and the train station. The location was perfect as also some nice cafes are closeby. The property itself was cute and the pool area was just amazing. But most of all we appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of our hosts. Sofia and her family sent us helpful information, was always checking on us and are just great people.

The only small thing that bothered us was the metallic smell from the toilet but it got better over time.

Une bonne première impression, avec un hébergement bien situé, bien orienté et satisfaisant et un charmant sourire de bienvenue à l'arrivée, puis au départ des voeux chaleureux de bon retour mais hélas, entre les deux, pratiquement zéro service ; serviettes propres proposées après HUIT JOURS ! AUCUN passage dans la chambre (lit, nettoyage, poubelle pleine, etc.) Mais comment pouvais-je attendre qu'on vide la poubelle alors que les containers municipaux étaient à quelques mètres sur le trottoir ?
