Very happy with our stay here. We were blending three families for vacation to Disney and it was perfect. A 20 min drive to Disney made it easy for us to come and go as we please. It was also convenient to an outlet mall so we could do some shopping that wasn’t Disney related. The pool was clean and great for the kids to play in. The house offers a nice open floor plan with high ceilings on the first floor. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and plenty of dishes. There’s a small game room that the kids enjoyed as well. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

The maintenance manager was quick to respond to our requests. Our entire family stayed at the property (8 adults and 8 children), there was sufficient space for all. Photos are dated in the listing, as the property has aged somewhat.

Great value for the money. Close to Disney parks (though traffic can be bad. Welcome to Orlando😊). Large space was good as we had 8 with 3 little ones. Worked really well for us and got a lot of use out of the pool. Michele was an excellent and responsive host.

This property was very spacious, easy check-in process, and the property manager were exceptionally friendly. Minor downfall is that there isn't enough cooking utensils, pots or pans, be sure to bring some or prepare to buy some.
If we are ever in the area again we will definitely rent this property again. Thanks

I had great communication with the property manager who advised that my issues would be handled. I was asked why I didn’t say something sooner. The simple answer is that issues should have been addressed before we arrived and i didn’t want a stranger inside the house after I made a complaint about the house not being up to par. The location was good. The parking is challenging, or backing out of the driveway when cars are parked across the narrow streets. There wasn’t proper housekeeping done, nor were the basic amenities there for us to start our week. Some new pots and pans were delivered on the third and fourth day there. I was offered a very small refund due to my issues with the dirty house which I indicated was almost an insult because I know the house was cleaner when I left than when I got there. There is plenty of space for a large group of people and the location was pretty great. There are just a lot of missed opportunities inside. Hopefully everything is corrected as I was told they would be.

I’ll keep it short! The house was just below average. It was not well kept or maintained. When we first arrived there was trash everywhere outside the house. We were supposed to check in at 4pm. We we’re finally allowed to go at 5:30. The house was poorly cleaned and rundown. It was NOT 15 minutes from Disney or any park more like 47 to 53 minutes coming and going depending on the time of day. The master bedroom on the first floor had bedbugs. The bathroom in the second floor has mold and the water accumulates when showering which is disgusting. This was our first family vacation and we were not happy. We will not be coming back.

This house accommodated our family perfectly for our trip. We were able to get to and from the parks with ease and relax in the pool in the evening. The area is quiet and close to stores. Definitely recommended this property!

The space in this house is great! We did not use all the rooms but the living area allowed us to spread out as a family. We paid for pool heating and it was worth it! We enjoyed spending time chilling out by the pool and swimming. The kitchen is well stocked in utensils compared to other houses we have rented. The pans are OK for simple cooking. The owner is very responsive to requests/issues/questions and followed up every time with us. We asked for a couple of things to be fixed and they were done within 24 hours. We felt that it could have been cleaner (under the beds, bedside cabinets in particular). We wanted to feed as much back to the owner as possible so they are aware of how the management company is looking after their property! We felt like it needs an update for inventory on bedside cabinets and bed side lights. If we had used every bedroom we would have been short of these items. Unfortunately there is a lot of construction work on the I4 junction by this property and that caused us some travel issues so be aware that it can add time to your journey if you are heading to the theme parks. With traffic it was averaging 25 mins to Disney and 45 minutes return time from Disney. All in all it was a good property to rent and the owner was great to work with!

Upstairs was a little warm, but downstairs stayed nice and cool, but we do understand that Florida is hot in July. Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed it and would definitely book this house again.

We absolutely loathed the neighbors parking in front of the house making it extremely hard for us to get in driveway. Property manager responded promptly. Even though, most things she could not help.

The beds are very good and comfortable, and the furniture works really fine. We had a great time there, still, there were some stuff that may need some work. For example: There was a cockroach on the master bedroom, some walls were a little dirty, the tv on the room with the crib didn’t work, we suggest upgrading the pots and pans, the downstairs bathrooms took long to flush, the bath on the second floor made a lot of noise, and the old trash had worms in it.
Other than that, we really enjoyed the house.
