Our experience was very positive. The new elevator was very speedy, and the parking was simple. The balcony is spectacular, and we enjoyed many beautiful sunsets. We had a few days that were a bit cool, but we were almost always able to find sunny locations out of the wind where we could stay warm and comfortable. Shelley was an outstanding host, very prompt, cordial, and accommodating in her responses. Our experience was entirely satisfying.

Location was perfect and the condo was gorgeous! This place has everything you are looking for and the views are some of the best I have ever seen. The condo is huge and would be perfect for a large family or a fun girls trip.
The owner was easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. You won’t be disappointed!

The condo was a great size for our family of 10. It would easily sleep more people.
We loved the huge deck and the comfortable Adirondack chairs.

This place was perfect for our family. Parking was tricky. The beach was perfect. Location was really nice-close to shopping and activities. Overall see really enjoyed our time in Panama City Beach.

The condo was beautiful! And the view…… awesome! Communication was great. The only complaint was parking there is only one guaranteed space at the condo and the overflow parking across the street only had about 20 spots so if you don’t get a spot there then you have to pay $12. A day at the public parking area. Other than that it was great

Perfect condo for 8 of us 6 adults 2 teens. Beds were comfortable, tv's in every bedroom. 4 bathrooms. We never ventured down to use the grill but other people did.
We relaxed every night on the balcony. View is beautiful.

Our stay was amazing. The weather was perfect, the condo was just as beautiful as expected. Shelley was so professional and helpful. My sisters and our kids will be booking again. We all had plenty of room and patios are perfect!

This was our second stay at this amazing property. It's immaculate and tastefully decorated. It is so spacious with plenty of room for everyone without feeling cramped. Check in is so easy and Shelley is so cooperative and responded quickly to our questions. The balcony on this property is absolutely amazing with views for miles and unforgettable sunsets. We will definitely be staying here again!!

My family and I stayed here to celebrate my mom’s 50th birthday. The condo was perfect for us! It had plenty of space for everyone with bathrooms for each bedroom! The views from the huge balcony were amazing. Shelly was a great host and we would definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing! We had a total of 12 people and there was plenty of room. The bunk room was spacious and perfect for the kids. Great location within walking distance of pineapple Willys and other great restaurants which helps with finding parking. And the little breakfast cafe right across the street was a huge plus. The owner even supplied pool toys and sand toys for the kids, and board games / card games. We sat and played uno for hours one rainy night because it was in the condo it was a blast. Very clean, great views. The parking was actually easier than any condo we have ever stayed in down there. It’s a smaller building than most and having an assigned space was easy! Last year we were fighting for spots at majestic. And overflow parking was a breeze for everyone else. No issues. The pool was closed due to painting so we could only swim in the evening but wasn’t an issue we were at the beach or doing things through the day anyway. 5 stars from us! It was a fantastic stay!

The condo was extremely spacious, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice. The outdoor balcony was amazing too, with lots of furniture and great views. We had an infant that was crawling around the condo and the floors were pretty dirty but other than that, it was amazing!

Fabulous Condo!
The condo is absolutely beautiful! Very spacious and gorgeous ocean views. We loved the balcony and the views it offered. I have an overall rating of 4 stars because the parking situation was not ideal. Very tight parking. However, the condo itself was absolutely perfect!

This condo had lots of room for everyone. I appreciated all the room for dining from inside to several tables on the large patio. The host was quick to respond. We had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated. Parking was a little complicated but that was due to the building being painted, which should be completed soon. It is a great place to stay.

The Ocean Ritz however is not nearly as nice. We had read not great things about the Ocean Ritz. The following are things out of the control of the host but are important. The parking was a nightmare. The garage is crowded and difficult to navigate. The overflow is across the street with no crosswalks near by. It's not a street I would want to run across with small kids/groceries/ luggage. The first day the entire place was evacuated by the fire department because of an alarm going off. One of the elevators was out of service one day which made for a terrible time. We took the steps but if you had small children that would be tough. One evening one of the guest threw up in an elevator but I will say it was cleaned up by morning.
