The location was a 10 minute walk from the Colosseum ,cafes, restaurants and supermarket on the doorstep.Very quiet at night, double glazing, comfortable mattresses and pillows.Air conditioning worked well. The apartment was super clean and the staff were very helpful and kind.Nothing was any trouble for them.Tea,coffee, iron, hairdryer available. Two minutes to the Metro,8 mins to Termini.Great value.
Nothing at all.

Loved the very welcoming staff and location. Very clean room, great a/c and nice view with window that opens when cool enough to turn off a/c. Requiring 4 keys to enter with 2 being skeleton keys was difficult, with a steep learning curve, it can be frustrating. We would stay again!
Key situation, very small shower, street area slightly sketchy but we never felt unsafe

The location is perfect, walking distance to roma termini, colloseum, grocery shops (pewex City), restaurants and all basic amenities.
Pewex city grocery shop cheapest in the area(after long research 🤣)
The care taker Bal is so pleasing and polite, as if he is willing to go an extra mile for guests comfort always.
Really slept well on all the 3 nights, good air conditioner, bit compact but a good bathroom.
I had actually booked a room with a shared bathroom, it was upgraded to a private bathroom free of charge.
Thanks
There was a small delay in check in. So, better to let them know the check in time in advance. And make sure room is ready.Bed room locks are bit tricky, it tested our Patience 🤣. The street seems a bit wierd, but never mind. We felt really safe🙏

The location is good, a decent pizza place next door.
The guy who met us to check in was pleasant and welcoming.
No hair dryer in the room, the shower was low pressure and varied in temperature from cold to boiling hot. Air con was on but not very effective.
