Overall good basic accommodation close to Milano exhibition centre staffed 24/7 whilst language barriers are obvious we got by with paper and pen successfully
OK fair to say having read other reviews I was a little nervous only issues were a dodgy tele signal and shower head hold missing a screw Internet worked fine, apart from a noisy neighbour nothing major

Glass for toothbrushes, and bedside lamps were missing, and there was nowhere to dry wet towels.

For me it is standard accommodation, when I am traveling to Milan on the MICAM and Lineapelle exhibitions.Accommodation is about 600 m from metro station Pero, which is 1 stop from station RHO exhibition.Cca 200 m from main street with a few restaurants and excelent Pasticeria for morning breakfast.
Some times a little bit problem with parking on the public places.

the location is ok but the room is not clean and the shower is so bad and small, there was no shower. it is a shower pipe that is fix under the tube to get water running and the pipe is too short that the water can get to my head

I don't get bad reviews, it's not Sheraton,but it is very comfortable and clean. It is great comparing to its price. The staff is friendly, reception is open 24h and it's close to the metro station. There is an AC in every room, toileters provided, there is a TV set and a desk. I really enjoyed my stay in there.

Very good location if your business destination is Fiera Milano. Air conditioning was a blessing (my trip was in early September, with daily temperatures still over +30...
WiFi did not work (well, router connection did work, but with no access to internet), so be sure you have good mobile internet fee plan on your mobile to use as personal hotspot; shower cubicle is just big enough for an average person to fit in - but only small moves possible inside...

The reception is not speaking English, only chines and Italian. Also, the location is not good if you are visiting Milano city center.

The property is family run and very simple but very close to the Milano ExhibitionCentre. The staff is extremely friendly, They even walked me to a restaurant in. the evening and helped me carry a heavy box to the Fiera.

small street, quiet, near the metro station, near the main road with restaurant and bar
a little bit problem with less English language of Chinese staff, I have asked invoice for 2 persons divided -but finally it was problem to get it.
