The apartments were so central all staff very friendly and helpful apts keep extremely clean and grounds bar lovely and food great and good value

Steps to pool could be high lighted

I loved everything about my stay at La penita Loved where my apartment was 214 The room was spotlessly clean and couldn't fault anything . From checking in to checking out, all staff were so friendly and nice . Love the new pool bar area absolutely beautiful. Food in pool bar very nice and good prices. There are plenty of sun beds . Location is fantastic next to everything you need. I would definitely recommend this hotel apartment's and will be returning again

Staff were lovely except the guy we spoke to through an intercom to get our keys, he was quiet rude.

There were so many steps to our apt and also the step to reception, verty difficult lifting you case up and down those steps, should have a ramp.

Location is 10/10 just behind the main strip 3 min walk. Apartment was basic but clean with all basic essentials. Pool snack bar was good, waitress'es were friendly and food reasonably priced. Regular cleaning of apt Mon, Tues, Fri with fresh towels provided.

The cleaniness of the pool itself and sunbed area needs to be improved. The sunbeds need a good powerwash or daily wipe down. Dirt has built up as they have not been cleaned regulary. Along with the side tables they were never cleaned for the week I was there. I only saw someone with a net taking out visible leaves from the pool. There should be a designated smoking area for sunbathers by the pool. I smoke myself but ppl were smoking where they liked with young kids around. I would have loved an apt with air conditioning, I knew that only certain apt came with aircon and they couldnt accomadate us at checkin we did manage ok with fans provided. I would recommend if the above doesnt bother you as location is so central.
