This was the absolute best vacation rental for our family of 8. My adult children, grandchildren and my husband and I had more then enough room to be comfortable. The area was quiet and we had a short walk to the beach. Having the private pool was awesome for the grandchildren to enjoy. Our host was very responsive, friendly and accomidating. My youngest grandson said it was the best time of his life! This will be our forever family vacation home!

Absolutely wonderful stay. Perfect for a trip with my friends. We all loved it and everyone bookmarked the house so we can come back in the future! Very comfortable, clean, and exactly as shown in the listing. They provided bath towels, travel sized soaps, and bathroom tissue. The kitchen had plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans, and a coffee maker. The private pool was fantastic and it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. Wonderful hosts! Answered all of my questions and so easy to work with. We can’t wait to come back!

It was a wonderful experience! The house was exactly as described clean, and great location. It was a short walk to the beach, and having a private pool just for us was just an exceptional plus for our family trip. The host was very understanding and flexible responsive and extremely respectful and very accommodating! He went above and beyond!

A beautiful property, lots of space, had everything we needed! Best party was being able to grill, have a golf cart and swim in our private pool! We will be back! Steps to the beach!

The home was just like the description says. It was roomy and clean. There was a mix up in the beginning as both townhouse guests were given the same home and entry code, but Dawn quickly resolved that. The walk to the beach was easy and very close.

My family loved this rental. It was so close to the beach. My kids loved the pool. Being as how there was another large family on the other side, we never heard anything through the walls. The family beside us was also very nice. We would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for a large family. Everything was nice and clean.

We enjoyed our weeklong stay at this very comfortable house. The close proximity to beach access is a huge plus ! We stayed with our children, their spouses and three grandkids and everyone liked their rooms. Plenty of bathrooms too with a roomy kitchen and dining area plus a very nice pool.
The only thing we would request is room darkening blinds in the master bedroom.
But we woujd definitely stay here again !

The house is very nice and it's a quick walk to the beach.
The house is nice and clean which is on the top of our list of must haves. Owner was super nice and responsive. I hesitated to book this house due to the off the street location and close proximity to condos/houses because I was worried about it being noisy, but it wasn't. We had 4 generations of family including a 2 year old which is why we were worried about noise. The guests renting the other side of the house had parents with 4 teenagers plus a couple of their friends and we never heard them unless we were outside at the pool at the same time.
We would stay here again!

Great property!
We had a great time on our family vacation! The property had a great open floor plan for everyone to be together while cooking and eating. The extra driveway space was great for the kids to play! Our only complaint is the beds only had sheets and a handful of blankets. It would have been nice to have comforters or something more substantial.

Quick getaway - great property!
We drove up from Charleston for a weekend stay with our kids. The unit is fantastic, just like the photos and plenty of spacious rooms. The little pool was fun to have and the beautiful beach was indeed, a quick walk. Our only complaint was just the density and closeness of other properties, but we pretty much expected it. I definitely recommend!
