Location, restaurant and pool

Breakfast is okish, we had bad experience as one of staff accused us for going to someone else’s room. She just came to my friend relaxing on pool area and said you went to someone else’s room by going to a floor higher. It was kind of racist of the staff to blame my friend like that in front of anyone and we did not received any apology from them. Secondly how can a hotel not have camera in lobby?

The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the location is good. By taxi it is 10 mins to the old town and 25 mins to airport. The pool area is clean and everything looks very well taken care of around the pool and gardens. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and everything was fresh. Luggage storage lockers are useful for leaving bags after check out and they offer to book a shower room if needed before departure.

The lobby area is lovely but the rooms look tired and in need of some updating. It’s very clean so there was no issue at all, just needs a bit of modernising to bring it up to a higher standard. For example the bathroom has a tub and shower curtain which would be much better if it was a new shower cubicle. The Mediterranean restaurant at lunchtime could have served better food. We chose to only eat there once because we weren’t satisfied with the food quality.

Great pool and relaxing atmosphere

Location was great. Pools were really nice. Food was good. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

No air conditioning anywhere in the hotel except in the apartments/rooms which was disappointing. Evening entertainment was severely lacking and only from 9-10 at night which is far too late for younger children. Mini golf onsite but only 3 clubs so as a family of four one had to sit out all the time. The only other things to do were play air hockey and pool at a price. There was a playground for small children onsite. Very disappointed there wasn’t more for kids to do in the hotel or even at the pool during the day by way of pool games or entertainment. Both kids 6 & 15 found the hotel very boring with not much for them to do.
