Number one is the staff
Ahmed is the receptionist, frankly speaking he is professional more than most of his other peers in 7stars hotels in Riyadh or Jeddah! He welcomed me like anything, briefed me the hotel facilities in a very interesting way and more than this he offered a stay in other hotels relate to the same Chan in other city.
Sara is perfect and also the receptionist in the night shift.
All of them are great
Something is out of their hands, the electric power cable in the street is closed to the building
