Good location—city center. Good furniture and plumbing. There is a TV. Clean towels and bed linen. A beautiful terrace.
There was mold in the washing machine, so I had to wash it out twice. The windows hadn't been cleaned in a long time—there were a few cobwebs on the outside of the glass. Poor lighting in the living room, no workspace (desk). We rented this place for 21 days; I now realize that a hotel would have been cheaper for a stay of this length, since we had to pay for electricity and gas (over 100 euros).

The apartment was well organized, had a beautiful terrace and was equipped with all the needed facilities including a toaster and a coffee machine as well as coffee and tea bags:). The personnel were very helpful. Moreover, a perfect location, in the street which is in the very centre, but yet frequented by the local Bolognans, with good coffee bars and breakfast facilities.
