This was a great spot for our friends trip in Park City! The rental was cozy and clean. The location was optimal due to the bus stop across the street and liquor stores/grocery stores nearby. We greatly appreciate Chris and his timely responses and accommodations. The only downside is it being a basement unit with occasional noise from upstairs neighbors.

The condo was nice, alot of space and nice applicances. The only drawback was we did not have a porch or back yard because it was in the basement.I would book the upstair unit if you like to sit outside.

Agree with prior comments, especially from Brooke H. We had a very nice stay - condo was clean, host was great. The premises, however, are a converted basement, so we encountered concrete floors, limited daylight, and some noise from the upstairs guests. But, the rental is a good value and great location for PC.
