The staff was very friendly and the pace was good❤️😊
Network was bit slow

I love the fact that there were security cameras. It makes you feel at ease if you’re a person that’s not from around Bloem. I loved the aircons as it gets really cold so we could warm up the room. I loved the clean sheets , I loved the convenience in the room. Everything is of close reach.
The showers. The flooring looks damaged , the shower heads need a bit of fixing and you need to be super early for you to access hot water. The toilet in room 2 was leaking a bit.

I like the aircon, bed and we had enough blankets and plates to use. Giving us tea and coffee to serve ourselves
Shower, we needed hot water. It seems you still have to fix your taps
