We came to Boston to work and access healthcare- and we found ourselves in a delightful neighborhood in a lovely, clean, comfy apartment with a fantastic host. We stay in a lot of VRBO properties, and this one was among the cleanest we’ve ever seen. Stas, the host was available and responsive. There was plenty of space and the showers were fantastic. So easy to get to public transportation.

Stas was so amazing and checked on us, helped us when we needed extra laundry soap and was so welcoming! My daughter is disabled and the space was so accessible for her! Thanks and we will be back!

Spotless, spacious, and comfortable suite with extensive amenities. Owner Stas Gavronsky was extremely responsive from start to finish. Great location right next to T stop and walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops, Whole Foods etc. Far more comfortable than a hotel room for an extended stay and fairly priced.

Perfect location . Just a few steps for breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Steps from the T, for easy transportation to downtown Boston, fenway, faneuil hall..... walkable toNewton Center or next stop on the T. close to Beacon st and Rte 9. worked great for my husband and me, traveling with adult daughter and her spouse. Host was available if need be. Very clean.

This was a real gem. Host, Stas, was attentive from beginning to end and added several personal touches. The neighbourhood was quaint with great places to eat and a train station very handy. The unit was well appointed, clean and fresh. Parking in a busy area was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Our favorite location when visiting our son at Boston College. Love the area and cleanliness & amenities in the apartment. Not a lot of “lounging” space in this unit, but nice kitchen and dining area for quick meals before heading back to enjoy the area. We have stayed in multiple units in this building and will continue to return!

My family and I (husband and kids, 5yo and 1yo) stayed at the Inn at Newton Highlands during our first family vacation and couldn't have imagined a better property or location. Stas was very friendly, welcoming, and responsive. When we had a minor issue with a car blocking us into the parking lot, he responded immediately and got everything fixed quickly. I love that we were able to park our rental car for exploring outside the city, but could also jump on the train for easy access to the city. I was worried that the train being so close would be loud, but even my sensory-sensitive kid wasn't bothered by it. The accommodations were super comfortable and I am very thankful for central air conditioning in the Boston summer! We were able to Instacart groceries to the property and there were tons of options for (delicious) food delivery. There's so much within walking, car, or train distance that the location is ideal for everything!

Great stay. Immediately wanted to book again for the future. Stas is fantastic- answered questions beforehand and during visit extremely quickly, met us on arrival to show us around and recommend local spots. Many restaurants and small market within walking distance. Conveniently located to T and Boston College.

We enjoyed our stay in Newton Highlands! The apartment was nicely set up for a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). The location was excellent with close proximity to restaurants and the train station across the street was very convenient for visiting downtown Boston and Fenway.

We were meeting bing our daughter to Boston and set up our home base here. The location was optimal and the neighborhood is fantastic. Stas went above and beyond as a host and let us store some items at his office while we took a side trip to NYC. Great place and great experience. Will stay here again when visiting our daughter.

The Inn at Newton Highlands was the perfect spot for our family trip to Boston! Our apartment was spacious, clean and conveniently situated within a short walk to a T station. We ate at a delicious restaurant right across the street one night and the kitchen had everything needed to eat in as well. Stas was a wonderful host, providing all the info we needed ahead of our stay and even gave us a nice orientation to the area upon our arrival. Highly recommend for a family looking for a spot just outside of the city to use as home base for touring the greater Boston area.

My family and I stayed at the Inn at Newton Highlands for a long weekend while attending an event in Boston. We stayed on the first floor, which has an accessible bathroom. The apartment had 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a kitchenette. It was clean and well stocked. Stas was very friendly and showed us around the apartment. He also pointed out some restaurants that are within walking distance. The Inn is next to the T for traveling into Boston. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

First of all, Stas is a great host! He did swiftly reply to all our messages and requests from the reservation up until our departure. He has been very kind and supportive in helping us having a great time around Boston. The location is also perfect: Newton Highlands is a very quiet, green and lovely place to stay, with shops and restaurants at walking distance, and most of all with the green T-Line just next door. This is convenient for those who want to visit Boston as you get immediately on the trains leading to the nicest districts of Boston downtown. Cambridge is not far neither, as you have a bus driving to Harward in approx 40 mins. The apartment is functional, clean, and nicely decorated. The whole family did enjoy this stay. We just hope that we will have another opportunity to travel to Boston. If so, no doubt, we will choose Stas' place for our stay!

Stas was great, very responsive. The Inn has 3 apartments which was great as we occupied 2 for a family gathering. Both apartments were very nice, clean and welcoming. We spent most of the time on the upstairs apt where kitchen and living room are bigger to accommodate all of us, we had a fun time. Had it be a nicer/warmer weather we definitely would enjoy the outdoor deck more! Location is convenient, grocery stores, shopping center within a couple of miles, park for nature walk within minutes of drive, and next to the T which was very convenient to hop into the city for big city vibe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Newton Highlands at this location. It was very close to the T, restaurants and lovely old homes. Grocery stores were in walking distance as well. The accommodations were clean and more than adequate for two adults. Thank you for meeting us as well and showing us around the unit!

Really had a comfortable stay here. Stas, the host, was the most thoughtful host I've had (and I've stayed at many properties) - whenever I had a question, he would magically appear, he even saved me a street parking spot (because I was driving a larger vehicle that was hard for me to park in the back). The rooms were comfortable and each bedroom had its own en suite; fully stocked kitchen with cooking oil and all the necessary small appliances; towels and bath products provided; good A/C; even a cute little balcony terrace. I stayed with my elderly father who was very comfortable. It's also close to the highway for travel around the Boston area. And there's a quaint little lake 2 blocks away that was lovely for running and a Whole Foods half a mile away. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the Inn for nearly one month, taking the 3-bedroom apartment and the accessible 2-bedroom apartment.
Firstly, Stas is a fantastic host – very attentive and helpful, but not overbearing – the perfect combination.
Secondly, the accommodation is lovely. Fresh and modern – a very stylish and clean look (and also very clean and tidy!). Plenty of space.
Thirdly, if you are looking for accessible accommodation then this would be hard to beat. The 2-bedroom apartment is both practical and beautiful.
Finally, a superb location with a very villagey feel – plenty of independent shops and restaurants within a few yards, plus the ‘T’ subway station to connect with the rest of Boston!

Amazing place!
This place will far exceed any expectations or hopes. It is exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, we felt very safe and it has an incredible location. We wholeheartedly recommend the accommodations and would, ourselves seek it out should we be in the area again. Stas has done an amazing job with his place and you would not be disappointed!
